Unfortunately I’ve been way too tense to write this weekend, but I’m definitely itching to write more NickRo stuff. 🩷

Thinking about Nick and Ro adopting a stray kitten once they’re out of CEDA custody.

It walks up to Ro on her way home, mewing and rubbing against her legs. Of course she scoops it up and stuffs it in her jacket. At first Nick is skeptical about keeping it but then it immediately starts purring and rubbing its face against his hand, cementing its place in their home.

It’s a little gray kitten and they name her Misty. 🐱

I want to write another NickRo fic where a card game is involved, but I don’t know the first thing about card games other than Crazy 8s and Go Fish. Maybe a little research is in order. It’s far from the craziest thing I’ve researched as a fic writer. 😅

I’ve gotta write a happy NickRo oneshot. In all of my fics so far they go through the wringer. I have 60 Seconds brainrot right now but I’ll make time for Nick and Ro happiness because they deserve it gosh darn it.
