I’ve been redesigning some characters from an old book series idea (I’ve mentioned it a couple times a while ago, it’s called The Afterlife Chronicles), I’m not done yet but I thought I’d share what I have so far!
Nicora’s one of my oldest ocs (next to Loreley, who you’ll see in a second), I was originally gonna base her on a ghost pipe flower but that ended up not happening. Still happy with her design though!
Thanatos didn’t change much tbh, I mostly just gave him a different outfit and took away his wings. If you look closely I also gave him a bajoran (I think that’s what it’s called??) earring.
Loreley! I redesigned her once already, but I wasn’t satisfied so I did it again. Changed up her sword, armor, and hair and gave her some facial scars and a shit ton of piercings. (I realized after I was done that she looks really similar to a theatre friend, which was not on purpose but I’m not complaining lol)
Lupa’s as old as Nicora and Loreley, I might change her name? I’m not sure yet. I based her on the goat from The Witch, I tried to make its skin a sort of dead-looking grayish color.
I didn’t redesign Lucifer so much as just… design him period. He’s kind of based on a lion, I also gave him a few more angelic traits than the others because he’s a fallen angel. Also David Bowie Labyrinth hair.
