Part of me wonders what the significance of silverfish is, if there is any at all. I also wonder if there might be a cypher in the file names? Seeing as there was a code in the Netflix building video.

Edit: the addition of 3b is confusing to me timeline wise. Assuming these videos and reddit posts are prior to Avas move in, why would he pick 3b? His fixation in the videos lives in apartment 4, and has no letter code at the end. Adding to the idea that this is not, in fact, the same building from the game. (I mean how could it be?) I suppose maybe the new tenant from the reddit posts could have not been Ava? Maybe ben changed buildings after being found out? This is all really fridge logic and likely wasn't thought about to this extent, but it's fun to think about nonetheless.
