I know everybody thinks Cersei is the one with the green eyes but if the prophecy comes true, one of his brothers should be the one to kill her.

Either that, or Arya takes the face of one of his brothers and kills her. Personally, I think Jaime will be the one to finally end the mad queen's life (history repeats itself) but so far, the show has been very unpredictable so we'll see.
