So I just finished watching the nightmare before Christmas because it's Christmas Eve and if I didn't it would be a sin and when I rewarded it I just realized this amazing new found appreciation I have for Tim buttons work but specifically this movie. All of the work and dedication gone into this, the time because it's stop motion with I've always loved and admired that style. But also the contrast of the colors and characters,the songs the style they were made it just made me so happy and I hope to one day create something at least half as beautiful and important as this movie is and it's veiwers.Ive grown up on Tim burton so it definitely had an effect on my tastes but damn, just seeing it again made me realize how wonderful it is and I how I hope to make something like that one day.
