Em used the heel of her shoe to put out the cigarette, glancing up past the awning she was standing under. It smelled like rain was coming, and the air felt heavy with it. She hated humidity, it made her sweaty and then she still had to stand outside. The only upside was she was told her skin looked radiant when sweaty. Sure she thought to herself, of course most of the men who told her that were either drunk or paying clients, or both, so she took it with a grain of salt.
Stepping off the step she dropped her head and went past the few homeless sleeping there, walking into the light of the street lamp. Taking up her post as it were she leaned into the pole, watching the cars going past, bored and ready for the night to be over. She'd hardly made anything and rent would be hard if she didn't get at least one or two more clients.
Fixing the strap of her tank, the dark green bringing out her eyes, she shifted her skirt down a little too, the tight black number one of her favorites. Lifting one leg up she rested it behind her. When she saw the dark car approaching she cursed under her breath, sighing out and putting her foot back down, walking away from it, hoping he'd keep going, but she knew he wouldn't.
Before she knew it the lights flashed, and he pulled the car in front of her, blocking the alley she had just come out of. He left them on for a few minutes to give that in charge affect before turning them off. He wasn't completely in the alley, people could get around them but he had created a scene, just as he always did. Crossing her arms over her chest she rolled her eyes. A large man stepped out of the unmarked cruiser, fixing his gun belt, and a large smile formed on his lips.
"You aren't doing what I think you are now are you Em?" He closed the space between them, his much taller frame making her feel even smaller. She looked down, catching his hand on his nightstick.
"For God's sake, really?" Shaking her head, "You really going to use that on me?" She asked, knowing he very well might. "You clean?" He asked instead, spinning her around and pressing her against the car. The metal was cold on her skin and she grunted when he kicked her legs apart. "Fuck you McDonald," she muttered, closing her eyes as his bear sized hands roamed her body. Of course no-one was around to stop what was obviously not proper conduct.
"Guess you are clean," he said with a laugh, spinning her around again, checking that they were alone before pressing her more into the car. "Now I could arrest you for obvious solicitation, or you could show your love for the boys in blue." He grinned, motioning with his head to the alley. Em swallowed, hating this man, who never passed up a chance to fuck with and just fuck the working girls. "You're a piece of shit, you know that right?" She replied, pushing on his body, and grunting when he didn't move. "I don't have a fucking choice right?"
"Oh come on Em," he replied, 'You always have a choice," but his hand moved back to the nightstick and he pulled it out of the belt slightly." She lifed her hand to slap him, so tempted, but with his hand on the nightstick she knew that would be stupid, instead resting a hand on his chest she sighed, "I don't need another beating, come on," she said softly, reaching into her pocket and pulling out a condom. "Just put it on and let's get this over with." Slapping her ass as she went past he chuckled, "You sure we can't include that beating, you take it so well?" He said watching her ass sway as she went down the alley, using the dumpster as coverage. What a great fucking night she thought to herself. Turning away when he joined her, at least she didn't have to look at him.
When McDonald finished he pulled out of the alley and left her feeling disgusting and angry. Kicking the can in front of her she cursed at the pain in her foot, bending slightly to catch her breath. When she stood she thought she saw a pair of eyes on the other end, was someone watching her? Heading that way she didn't see anyone, so either she imagined it or he was hiding. Lighting a cigarette she turned back the way she came and headed down the street, deciding to walk home, her night ruined anyway.
