You mentioned in the tag that Mantis was an extremely cruel character... his face surely shows it, but can you tell us more? Which kind of cruelty he did in the past or... at the moment maybe?
(Tw:torture, blood below)
None of her business...
An irritation of second guessing herself sank into the thoughts of the old woman as she’d walk towards her house in Silvermoon. She’d let her nails dig into her raven tresses, scraping to her scalp. A sigh escaped her lips. “Why does one even bother. Mercutio isn’t around... his business isn’t mine. Even being invited to such a business...” Diaage mumbled to herself as she’d open the door to find Elsif and Nihasa sitting in the common room.
“A bad day?” Elsif noticed a permanent frown lining the woman’s face. “More dead ends. One doesn’t know what to do anymore. Living here or living in the port - it doesn’t seem quite safe just yet.” The ex-director would slump into one a living room chair. “Elsif... Why should one resurface? To what end? Why should one deal with Mercutio or my brother? Or any of the family. What goals would that accomplish.”
“Well, Miss Malievi... It might not be my business, but... family is family. Considering everything... recovering from years past of estranging yourself your business and noble family...” Elsif spoke quietly as he’d glance from her to Nihasa. “Maybe not just for yourself? But for your daughter?”
“For titan’s sakes... bringing Nihasa around that lot. Infighting, deaders, screaming, blood... just a typical night of Intoxication.... Hope to the seven hells that that Malache boy is alive...” The old woman groaned as she’d push herself up out of the chair. The conversation trailed from there as she’d stare out the window into the city of Silvermoon. To what end...
To what end for all who witnessed what happened this night.... @intoxication-wra
man Nihasa would kill it as a villain
the difference between pre-accident "you look beat" Nihasa and post-accident "dude, you look like you got your ass beat" Nihasa is eating at me
A Retire At Sunspire;
The day passed as Diaage and Nihasa settled into their temporary residence at Sunspire Port. The little house resided at the end of a block. Grey and tanned stucco lined the walls inside and out that was filled up with boxes and newly purchased furniture. “Do we have to stay here forever, minn’da?” The little girl spoke as she tugged onto her mother’s pants. The old woman would turn to Nihasa and kneel before her, letting her hands gently onto those small shoulders. An olivine-streaked iris would stare upon the youthful visage. “Just for a little while, Ni-Ni. Minn’da is going to make sure you’re safe, alright? There are some bad creatures out there who want to hurt us and I will do my damnedest to protect us.” Nihasa seemed to frown but nodded in acceptance. She would let up her small hands to pull off her mother’s eye-patch. “I can protect us, minn’da. You don’t have to worry about anyone hurting you anymore, okay?” Diaage wilted her ears as a wry smile tugged to her lips. The little girl would trail her frail fingers down the scarred eye of her mother’s. The ex-director would pull her daughter’s hands within her own, “We’ll protect each other, okay?” As she spoke she’d press her lips gently to the little girl’s fingers for a kiss. No one was going to hurt either one of them, not as long as Diaage lived. She’d make damned sure of that ever since the day she was kidnapped as a baby. “Let’s go get something to eat, darling.” Diaage spoke as she’d push herself up from the ground and would hold onto Nihasa’s hand, exiting the house and moving to an inn to fetch some food.
