– — ☆ It’d taken the man a second to realize what was happening. It’s not like you come across a monkey glaring at you like you done snatched away it’s banana after all. Slowly moving his arms out to lightly rest forearms upon knees where he’d been crouched near the water. Dripping with water, he makes sure that fingers were spread to show the other there was nothing in his hands.
❝If I didn’t know any better, I’d say this monkey was pissed at me for….. whatever the fuck I done did.❞ mumbling to himself as he makes to turn his form so very slowly to better face this ape.

Caesar had heard from one of his troop that there was something traveling in the woods, close to their home, and he had spotted tracks of some large wolf near the river. So, he had brought the appropriate weapon to deal with such a creature would it attack, and it only seemed to be just a loner; Which he thought he could deal with alone, despite his eldest son wishing to go along on the ‘hunt’. What he didn’t expect to find where these tracks ended, was a human just across the water, and his expression immediately took to something close to a glare. He had experience with several bad ones, and for some reason this one even at this distance, gave off a smell which alarmed his senses. Raises the spear up, once he saw the other make a move, and though he appeared weaponless, Caesar couldn’t be too careful. Afraid to say anything just yet, wondering if it would startle him to run and find others, he merely watched.
When the other finally turned towards him fully, and to hear him mumble something so insulting, Caesar’s face reacted to it with more of a deepening frown. Still, he kept the spear close to himself, pointed at the man, preparing to chase after him were he to book it. He was quite unsure on what to do for the moment, feeling the tension thickening. | @niiighthawk |
