Okay so, I'm pretty sure Niimah doesn't actually stutter this much. My idea was based around this piece of artwork by @paperbagedhead.

Let me know if she actually is this stutter-y in canon.

She’s a mutant hunter/anthropologist (mostly interested in taking pictures/documenting/seeing proof they exist!!)

She can slow/freeze time in short bursts and uses it for taking photos/fighting/dodging attacks. Some trolls can be aware of it while others can’t, and whether they can or not is a bit random.

A+++++++++++ choice!  Freshmans year is usually foundationals in fart schools, so maybe you'll find out there.  At UC DAAP, I'm gonna be grouped with the Industrial Design and Fashion (I think??) majors for these classes, so if I ever want to hop over to their side, I can LOL
