"Believe me. If it were true, I would've done it a long time ago."
“Are you sure?” Leo’s expectant mood dropped and a small frown appeared on his face. “Damn. I really thought that we could get some free lattes by just asking the waitresses..”

“I can’t say I feel sick, no…” he murmured, his hands pinching the end of his chin as he thought it out. Deep questions like these were Nick’s favorites although sometimes he couldn’t always relate. Either way, it gave him a piece of mind; it made him really stop to think about his life whether it was where he wanted it or not. “But it scares me sometimes. For example, if I were sitting there while dozing off, tryna figure out a complex code- then suddenly my heart beat sounds and it’s louder than I could imagine then yeah. It’s scary. But the times I do hear my heartbeat, it reminds me that I’m still alive and that even if it doesn’t seem okay at the time- I’m better off than most people. Not to be selfish, of course, but it reminds me that I’m still breathin’ and there’s no reason to complain.”
She listened to his words quietly, a frown playing on the usually happy girl’s face. She didn’t know what to make of his thoughts, wondering where both her questions and his words came from. Maybe she had drunk too much coffee. There was one part he said that made her sigh, knowing it to be true. ‘I’m better off than most people.’ She knew she lived a life of privilege, being a celebrity, being pretty and fit, having most of her family... She knew she had no right to complain, another reason why she was always bright and cheery. She returned to that state, slowly as she looked back at him, “What do you think happens after we die?” she asked, wondering what else he had to say. He did say some awfully truthful and intelligent things- something she admired greatly.

“What? Blood–?” Nick’s eyes stared at the other before meeting the small beads of blood coming from his nose. Out of surprise, his body hesitated for a quick moment before he titled his head up slightly. “Uh… do you have a tissue?” he asked sheepishly, his fingers now meeting his nose bridge in which he pinched it softly. It wasn’t normal for him to get these but when they did happen, he normally freaked out about it.
the males head automatically turned around as he began searching for tissues, maybe even a box of it so that the other male wouldnt have to keep using the same tissue if his nose didnt stop bleeding. after a few moments passed, chanhee was able to find a box of tissues on top of an unoccupied table. thinking it wasnt anyone elses, the idol stood up & walked towards the table to get his hands on the box before returning to the injured stranger. he pulled a few sheets of tissues out before handing it to him. “unique first meeting huh?” chanhee let out a chuckle before he introduced himself. “I’m chanhee by the way but you can call me chunji if anything.”

His job interview had been scheduled in Giheung, a part of the city he wasn’t very familiar, with but it’s not a problem. Definitely not, he assures the secretary at the front desk as he practically skips out of the building, patting himself on the shoulder for a job well done.
Maybe he’d been a little too confident.
He’d been staring at the train routes for a good five minutes trying to how to get to Jongno and it’d be a lie to say that he wasn’t getting antsy. “I knew I should’ve paid more attention” Sighing, he pulls out his phone to check the time only to have his elbow collide into the stomach of the man he failed to notice standing behind him, “Oh whoops! Sorry about that, man.”
