if you don't think that ryan fletcher's entire death sequence is the most tragic thing that has ever been in television then I don't think I can even look at you. he is SO desperate and he fights SO HARD and sacrifices himself for the truth. for his friends. for his country! for everything he believes in. "no more lies" that line, Noah's delivery, it's absolutely heart breaking. then the jump, the teams reaction, "HES MY FAMILY" Nikita giving him the medal, how he saves them one last time, with his dying fucking breath he saves Nikita again. her having to watch him die. I can fucking not. I usually have to skip the whole episode because it's just too much to watch my sweet little analyst puppy go through all that to watch all my other beautiful kittens suffer through his loss. it's one of the worst television deaths I've ever seen but honestly the most well done, most meaningful. they didn't just kill off Ryan fletcher because they didn't know what to do with him. it was the most epic spectacle of his character, to sacrifice himself instead of become another one of Amanda's pawns. to save his friends one last time. he taught them to see the truth and he will die to make sure they see it. HOW THE FUCK DID THIS SHOW EVER GET CANCELLED. these writers deserve medals in fucking telling you.
