Brothers
Despite the circumstances surrounding his conception, the Princess never bore any ill will towards her brother. Quite the contrary, she grew to love him deeply.
When the boy's mother started disappearing more and more frequently - evidently bored by court life, and never having been much impressed with motherhood - the princess took a more maternal role in his life. And once again started making the Capital her home.

The Princess eventually bore a child of her own, a boy she named Nicolas, whom six year old Prince Emhyr referred to as “baby brother”.
