It is my 31th birthday today! I don't have much wisdom to share, except that you should take plenty of breaks, do your stretches, drink plenty of water and set healthy boundaries! And most of all, treasure the good people (and other animals!) in your life 🥹💗

It's my 30th birthday today, it always sounds like a big deal but overall it really isn't. At least it's nice to look back and see how much I've grown and one thing is certainly true; some things really do get better/easier as you get older.

I still struggle with a lot of things and one of the hardest things has been to accept and understand myself (my neurospicyness being the biggest one and all the mental and pyshical symptoms that are connected to that).

I've carried a lot of grief from feeling misunderstood and I realize it was mostly because I didn't understand myself and it has made me feel so shameful, wrong and out of place. I've rejected so many parts of myself just to conform to a 'normalcy' that doesn't even exist.

This 'me' has been longing to be seen and loved and I'm slowly learning to embrace all these parts of her, bit by bit to be able to feel at home in myself, and to continue to celebrate the Weird and Wonderful in everything.

My dear friend @lunegrimm made the most stunning sculpture of Nimmeth recently... He is so darn talented and hardworking and I'm absolutely blown away by this artwork. T__T it's like an ancient piece of artwork depicting a nature deity! I feel way too spoiled and can't put into words how much this piece means to me. I will worship her every day 🙏🥹💚
