Ok, now that I’ve read and watched Nimona, I feel very confident in saying that the comic is from nimona’s perspective, cause all the adults look older and have similar ish faces and Bal seems much more ‘evil’, and the movie is from Ballisters perspective, how all the knights seem 21 at most based on how they interact and that a lot more focus is put on Ballister’s relationship
