Hey, I saw the latest part of your comic and, well, I won't follow it because I'm not so much into a/b/o and poly, but your Drawings are fantastic. I especially loved grown-up Yuri (hot hot hot) and was wondering if you would ever draw the Otabek in your universe too? Hope you can publish original work sometime soon, because you deserve it!
Uh, thanks for liking my art? But yes, no need to follow any of my work that is not your thing. The premise of that AU is poly and ABO, though the latter is not necessarily a particularly visible element in all of my works (it’s an explanation for how there are kids, and how certain things work in the world, but a lot of the tropes won’t be relevant in dumb comics about domestic life so ^ ^;).
You can avoid the AU entirely by blocking my tag for it, #Future!Verse ABO AU, or alternatively #polyamory, #Alpha/Beta/Omega Dynamics, and #Omegaverse. That should keep your dash relatively clean of this content, though a few asks may occasionally slip through ^ ^;
Otabek’s significant presence in this AU has been mentioned in several posts, and yes he will be appearing with increasing frequency in comics, illustrations, and HC posts as I progress. But uh, if you’re not into polyamory I’m not too sure how interested/comfortable you would be with content featuring him more than any of the others…>.>;
And thank you ^ ^ Original work is the end goal I suppose, but I’m also motivated by specific stories and my current focus is telling the ones that currently hold my attention, regardless of whether they are derivative. I really appreciate the thought though!
nimthecat replied to your post “The last time I asked somebody about paisley--note, this was far away...”
Wanted to note that we Iranians just LOVE it when people use our patterns and designs. What does piss us off is when pre-islamic Iranian designs and architecture (like in mosques) is labeled as Islamic or arabesque.
This is very good and heartening to know! It seems like the general consensus is that most cultures are happy to share their art as long as it’s respected, and I really like to see cross-cultural pollination when it’s on equal footing.
I must say I am developing a radical new love of paisley. Like before the original question I didn’t really have feelings about it one way or another but now I’m like WHERE CAN I SOURCE SOME SOCIALLY-CONSCIOUS PAISLEY.

Also, rereading that, I see that I expressed myself very poorly, and apologize.
No worries! I got what you were saying, it just took me a minute :D Glad I was vocalizing it clearly, I don’t always.
Hi, with regards to too many ideas, I started to gather some of my extra story plots and synopsis bc I'd like them to be used, any ideas on how to give them away?
I don’t know? Does anyone know of any online communities that swap ideas like this? (…or perhaps someone that might like to start one…?)
What I’ve found sometimes though is pairing an idea with a writer can be tricky business. Not to say that it can’t be done, but a writer with no idea what to write would likely have to see a ton of ideas before they find one they feel comfortable taking on as their own and running with it. And maybe even hesitant to take someone’s idea, no matter how willingly it’s being given away.
But I could maybe see this as being something many writers would want to use for inspiration?

Question:is this from the honey, or the pollen in specific honey? Seriously.
I have no idea, this is a new reaction I’ve never had before but my body is in meltdown this week so it might not have the same reaction again in a few days. Oh the fun times of autoimmune problems.

You have fatigue
but im well rested and stuff? i shouldn’t be tired ;T i am but i shouldn’t be
my mom thinks i should go get blood work down and take vitamins
nimthecat replied to your post: my folks think i’m being stupid
In my experience, when your family who should love and support you say you are stupid… then they themselves are very very VERY stupid.
well, they didn’t say i was stupid, they’ve just made very very clear that i’m not performing up to the standard they think i ought to be, cause i’m not willing to work quite hard enough.
i think maybe they have a point, but also im just kind of miserable, and it’s hard to stay motivated to work when i know that being miserable is the only thing i have
nimthecat replied to your post: WHY WOULD TUMBLR REBLOG THINGS I DON’T WANT IT TO...
Did I do it? I reblog your art sometimes bc it’s good.
nah it was me reblogging someone’s personal post by accident because i was scrolling and accidentally clicked quickreblog
i deleted it pretty fast but it’s still really obnoxious
