Takuya's no stranger to playing switch the manager. While he's got someone handling most of his work obligations within SMAP, lately the connections between SMAP and a number of other up-and-coming artists have led to a more interesting set-up. That being one where he's got a peppy young woman for an experimental secondary manager now, as far as all his external affairs are concerned.
How interesting does that sound, really? External affairs? He never really assumed himself to be someone prolific enough to require two managers for two different aspects of his professional life, but here he is, anyway.
He'd gotten her number and they'd set up their first meeting, meant to discuss his next inter-band performance with a Korean band fresh in their Japanese debut, HISTORY. He's done his homework, certainly--he knows each member and he can speak Korean well enough--but how many performances he'll be having with them and where they'll be happening is beyond him.
He hopes this girl (registered 'Kotomi' on his LINE app; how funny is it, really, that she didn't put her last name in there? Not that he's any better with his TK and an emoji) knows what she's doing. Takuya's not one for immediately putting his faith in someone, but as he waits patiently at her company's building for their appointment, he keeps his hands at the back of his head and yawns in boredom.
He can only hope she's more interesting than this waiting time is.
