1. If you can't say something nice then ferme la bouche.
2. Never rag on someone when they are clearly upset, hurting or really really down, don't tell them they're being rude etc, sometimes its all part of how they're feeling, let then calm down and help them.
3. If someone starts arguing against you in something you know lots about don't be afraid to argue back, even if it ends in them hating you, you know you're right and if they're using sources such as google for evidence and saying that youre insulting them for saying facts then they can do one.
4. Never apologize when something isn't your fault, you're strong and mature, its a sign if weakness, don't give in if you've done nothing wrong.
5. Never stop fighting, here in Britan we live through 300 days of rain to get 20 of sun, lifes the same, I'm not saying its easy but those days will help you through until everything is warm and sunny.
6. Don't define yourself by relationships or how much you can make others smile.
7. Don't define yourself by grades.
8. Put your mental health before others, you may think you're making yourself better by helping other people but in reality it makes things worse, don't let yourself be part of these toxic relationships.
9. If you know someone is bringing you down stop talking to them, even if you have to lie for a reason, put yourself first.
10. If you can't help don't try, if you can help do. And most of all only say what's necessary and things you mean as long as they don't hurt people.
