Nintendo Account Password Problems

I opened my nintendo to find that i have to sign into my account again if i want to play any games that even remotely use an online feature. Instead of having to use my password, it immediately takes me to a screen telling me to press “Send Email” to reset my password. I didn’t think it was too big of an issue however when i went to the person who owns the email (The email doesn’t belong to me as my account was created when i was a child) and they don’t remember what they put as the security questions. Like i said ive had this account since i was a child, it’s connected to my 3DS, 2DS, Switch, anything involving Nintendo, so you can see why this is incredibly frustrating as scrapping this account means scrapping years of achievements and hard work. I’m not sure if there is anything i would be able to do to solve this issue, but if there is please let me know.

Nintendo problem under the cut

Soo... My left joycon (not really a joycon since it’s nintendo switch lite,but whatever) started drifting a tiny bit,which is great! it hasn’t even been a week since I’ve started using it. I bought it around december/january but opened it only to check if everything worked.I didn’t play anything because i wanted to wait for acnh. Started playing on the 21st and now,on the 25th when i move the joycon downward my character starts to walk towards right on its own. Anyone knows how to safely clean joycons on a switch lite?

Heyo fellow Nintendo switch owners, I need a bit of help since of course the Nintendo website is goddamn useless😬

So, a few weeks ago I was charging my switch, i will specify that I haven’t had the actual Nintendo brand charger in years since those things are weak as hell and broke pretty quickly after I had gotten my switch, so I was using the charger I use for my school provided Chromebook. Just like how I’ve been doing with no issue for the past 5 years.

Suddenly the charger broke and wasn’t charging properly(I learned later on that it didn’t ACTUALLY break, it just started doing that thing where it would only charger at a very specific angle. That’s what you get with old chargers I guess.), however at the time I thought it completely burned out, due to the fact that when I’d go to turn on my switch, I’d get an error screen telling me to either: contact support, or: restart my switch.

I of course spent two hours holding the power button for different amount of times, holding down both the power button and volume buttons, and even getting desperate enough to try doing different combinations I saw on some stupid TikTok video.

Now my switch is completely dead, it’ll still power on but will show the low battery symbol in the corner. I have tried to charge it with any charger I can but with no luck. I just got done trying to manage that stupid customer support bot on the Nintendo website, and it basically just told me to buy the Nintendo brand charger,(which one of my friends let me borrow theirs for a bit to see if it would work. it did not.)

I can’t really afford to just buy a new switch at the moment nor in the near future, though I have my Nintendo account. I really don’t want to part with this old thing. And I’ve honestly been having dreams about playing my games again and I’d really like to continue using the console that cost so much damn money. Does anyone at all have any knowledge that can help me here or is my switch just gone and dead forever? I have some hope considering that the charger I was using didn’t actually completely kill itself, meaning that it most likely isn’t the entire reason why my switch decided to freak out.

Not sure if this will work but I have a question about the Nintendo online bundle with the Mario kart dlc pack.

if I were to buy the bundle, would I lose the dlc tracks when the online membership expires?

If I shake my system the motion controls toggle on for a split second and causes the camera to go up and down and shift around for a split second.

also somehow one of my controllers disconnected?? it turned off????

advice pls: im considering getting a switch but idk what kind of games to get? i never had video games growing up so i’m not great at them but i enjoy stuff like animal crossing, pokemon, and mario games (mainly mario kart - i know i have the gaming taste of a 12 year old) - any suggestions for other games to try some new things??

also any advice on finding cheap games would be great !! games are so expensive i never realized 😅

Anyone else have a bottom screen that twitches back and forth? It's definitely the console, not the game. It does it on other screens too. Any advice? It seriously bugs my eyes, especially if I'm trying to make a design. For the record if it matters, my game/system isn't and has never been hacked
