It is full of umami from the fried fish and fish paste, which is firm and full of texture. Absolute love!! [Curry Roast Pork Noodle] The thick and creamy curry broth from #girlandmommycurrymee was rich and flavourful, companied with taupok, well seasoned roasted pork and crockles, it’s most definitely addictive, even for non-crockle fan like me. Highly recommended, and well worth the detour to go try. [Hokkien Mee and Cantonese Style Noodle] These are my go-to for standard order of Malaysian food. While @kimliankee at @lot10hutong was convenient enough, the taste could be better due to lack of wok-hei. Ah well, better than not having at all!! [Indian Banana Leaf Rice] For lovers of rich and spicy Indian curry banana leaf rice, #nirwanamajubangsar is a MUST-TRY!! Love the spices and sides. Exceptional shout-out on the mutton curry, where the meat is not gamey and the spices were on-point. I even tapao-ed some back. It shows how much I loved it. [Original Penang Kayu Nasi Kandar] While the dishes were not bad, #originalpenangkayunasikandar was slightly disappointing as compared to banana leaf rice. The mutton was quite tough while the spices were good. The ayam madu was on slightly sweeter end of palate. Hey, what silly am I talking about? It’s madu (honey).
