Despite super crowded with multiple turns of tables, food at @yangmingseafood is still good, though I thought it was a little heavy handed on seasoning this time round. Perhaps my taste bud changed again, LOL!! ———————————— [Andrew Lobster] This was the main highlight of the dinner. This was second time we had this, and it still tasted as good as I remembered. The lobsters were super fresh and firm, while the chee cheong fun underneath absorbed all the rich flavour of the lobsters. A definite shout-out was the special sauce, which was absolutely amazing!! LOVE!! [Fish Maw Thick Broth] The broth was good, ingredients including fish maw and crab meat, very decent pot of soup. [HK Style Hybrid Tiger Grouper] What surprised us was there were 2 fishes on a plate. The fishes were fresh, and sauce was delicious. [Abalone Oyster & Mixed Vege] The abalone and dried oysters were well braised and not chewy, and was further elevated by the thickened sauce. Very good indeed. [Lotus Leaf “Lap Mei” Rice] Well executed steamed rice, this was a mix of glutinous and white rice, so that it could cook faster. Very flavourful, and I did go for additional serving. Guess it burst my carbo quota for the weekend. LOL!! [Dessert ] Another standard dessert of sea coconut and lychee in syrup. We could hardly walk after this.
