I love remakes of old video games.

I love playing original versions of remade games.

Remakes aren't substitues for their originals.

Remake and remaster isn't the same thing.

The original game and the remake isn't the same game.

I love when remakes while respecting the originals make changes and fix things that didn't work out.

I love when we get official ports for old video games.

I love when companies give us affordable collections and make it accesible for everyone.

I hate when original elitists judge people for only playing the remakes. I hate when remake elitists judge people for only playing the originals.

I love when remakes give winks to everyone who played the original while being accesible to new players.

I love when remakes add soundtracks from the original game.

We need more remakes.

Stop pushing new sci-fi slop triple A games.

If you want to be safe about new games, just create remakes.

Stop keeping beloved IP's hostage.

Experiment.

Create.

Give developers creative freedom.

Give us ports to console locked games.

Stop killing IP's.

Stop making games only available in bundles.

Stop delisting originals when the remasters comes out.

Listen to players.

Thinking of streaming me playing a video game but not showing the game at all, it’s just my face.

Why you might ask? I want to stand out from the crowd and I think it would be funny and a little meta to do this. (I also have a cromebook and a switch and no idea how to set those up to stream a video game)

So if I played like Breath of the Wild or Borderlands 2 or Metroid Prime or something but it’s just my face and the noise of the game, would you watch it?
