Ça fait tellement de bien de pas faire d'effort juste une soirée, juste cinq petites heures, faire juste ce dont j'ai vraiment envie.
If you’re on the treadmill, put your smartphone down!
According to the journal Computers in Human Behavior, texting or talking on your phone while walking lowers the intensity of your workout. Plus, it throws off your balance by as much as 45%! And that raises the risk of injury. So, if you’re working out, fire up your exercise playlist, then put your phone down.

Go tech-free during your lunch break.
A study found that people who were on their phones during lunch, looking at social media or texting friends, reported feeling more "burned out" and "emotionally drained" as the day went on. That’s because the brain is much more active and more likely to tire than any other muscle or organ in your body. And when you stay glued to your phone, even if you’re not using it for work - your brain stays in “work” mode. So, get off your phone during lunch to recharge.
