I absolutely love when people give the sister more prominent front teeth to add to her rabbit-ness but I think we should go further. Have her sprawl out when she's comfortable and wants to take a nap. Have her be able to jump the highest. Let her do the stomp/thump when she's angry.
Put a slip of paper on your table and it reads: Why your tag for the Boy is "just sheep"?
Ooo okay this is a fun one! I've not seen anyone mention it, but the Brother, much like his Sister, has a secondary animal that symbolizes him. Where hers are a lagomorph (rabbits and hares) and a lamb, his are a fox, obviously, but also a sheep. Where the Sister's personal tag defines her by how she, despite how much she is confined by the narrative, is still "no lamb," since she is much, much more than a perfect, pure sacrifice, her Brother's is defined by his conformity.
By the end of the story, he has become a part of the very same cycles of violence and cruelty he was (presumably) hoping to escape with the ritual. In the end, he has become no better than the adults who have chosen to allow, support, or take advantage of the cruel war. He has not ended the violence around him, he has perpetrated it. He is no better than them. He has become nothing but another body in the flock, just sheep.
Hallo! Saw you liked that funny little comic by LemonllMilk with The Boy and The Girl in the bathroom so if you are taking requests, I had an idea for a comic that would take the same scenario but twist it into a more dramatic context.
So The Girl is sitting in the stall and holding Boy's hand but then she starts asking questions about what really happened before they woke up, and Boy can't just ignore her or leave because he's literally in her grip (which is tightening, whether because of the pain or to pressure him, he does not know). He tries to dismiss her questions with the excuse she's just not feeling well from her stomach, and it remains unresolved (to add salt to the wound, he passes her some toilet paper as his attempt at "consolation"). Just an already uncomfortable and awkward situation becoming tense and toxic.
Thank you so much for the ask!! I tweaked the scenario a little bit, this one is her having a nausea episode and asking her brother to sit with her while she rides it out (based on personal experience). Whether it's from the lamb or if this was just something she's always dealt with, that's up to you.
