it may not seem like a massive ordeal but for me giving up drugs and alcohol was the fresh start I needed after a minor (but what felt like a major) fallback. Anyone who’s done dry January or sober October or even decided to ditch the drink itself would understand how challenging quitting is. Some days more challenging than others yet with the right mindset and determination you can achieve anything. Struggling with addiction is hard but acknowledging you have it is harder. So today I raise my teacup to many sober days
