Maybe i'm too woke but I genuinely don't understand how people can be interested in war history and then claim to be apolitical...everything about the military— about war is political. Who determines when we go to war and when war ends? Politicians. Why are troops even fighting? To protect some dude in an office's ass because their lips were too loose or they just wouldn't share the fucking oil. Alternatively, wars of independence, why are they fought? Cause some idiot decides they wanna occupy someone else's country and oppress the indigenous people there. It is ALL political. So I have a hard time understanding how you can be apolitical and interested in ANY war media. Maybe this is too woke of me.

and if i tell my mom all this shes gonna be so fucking pissed off and shell let me stay home but then shell think im some failure and that i wont do anything with my life ever and no matter what i do shes going to lose what little respect she does have for me because lets face it she already thinks im a huge fuckup, she makes jokes about how im going to have a fast food restaurant job so i mean w/e right?

and its not like she hasnt offered to help me cause she has and ive kept lying to her about how ive been doing my work all week and all weekend and its just so frusturating cause ive fucked up so badly just so i can see my friends on the weekend and she let me stay home last week to read and i didnt and ive had so much time to do all of this and i havent done shit i deserve a fucking zero on this even if it fails me.

yo if an artist insults your previous ink, isn't truthful about the price or if they make you uncomfortable, just ditch. walk away. tattooing is intimate, especially if your piece is large. you'll be spending a lot of time with each other and you shouldn't have to sit through all that with someone who's an ass or makes you feel awkward. The artist does put a LOT of work and love into their tattoos but they're not doing you a favor. You are paying them. They are being paid for the hours they put in, and you are their canvas. You deserve to be comfortable and not have to deal with a shit attitude when you're going through something that is painful and a lot of times very emotionally significant.
