Glimwood diaries
September 1st, 2020
it’s not only the first of a new month, but a whole new season!
and with it a whole new set of items to forage.
as strange as Glimwood will look in Fall’s typical orange, brown, and red, it’s my favorite season and I can’t wait to explore it!
though I must say, I wasn’t expecting the cold chill in the air to hit so soon!
I found the sweetest letter from Poppy today,
alongside a thank you card from Audie!
Poppy gave me the cutest little strawberry umbrella,
and Audie...well. Audie sure has interesting tastes, that’s for sure!
so, it’s the first officially day of fall! and truly, what could be more fall than PINK! =P
at least Diana gets me lol
as I passed the store, I noticed Timmy and Tommy have updated the storefront! they have impeccable taste, I must say!
as does whoever thought up this little basket backpack! I adore it to bits and ordered it right away!
the beach is littered with star fragments this morning.
and while I was cleaning them all up, I noticed something!
I don’t know how Kiki is managing to sit comfortably there, but she is a cat after all!
I’ve been frustrated for a while on why my weeds aren’t growing at all, so I did a little research and found that apparently, if you have more than 150 they won’t grow. so, I decided to spend the evening cleaning up all the spares.
at least, until I ran into Kiki.
who just had the CUTEST new nickname for me! I swear, Kiki and Fauna have the best nickname ideas.
as I was running about counting what I had left, I found Diana in her new yard.
it’s not how I expected her to like it, but I’m glad she does nonetheless!
I totally forgot though, new season means new seasonal diys falling from the sky! I wonder what all I’ll find this time..
as I headed home for the day, I found Audie, Kiki, and Marshal in the square with some sparklers. I sure do wish I’d saved some from last month...I’d have loved to join them.
but, I decided to take it easy for the evening and retire home.
there’s someone I’ve really missed seeing.
as fun as today has been, I can’t wait to see what tomorrow holds.
