2020 took one look at sports and thanos snapped them into dust
So i decided I’m done tracking calories, runs, steps, meals, pounds.
I’ve been staying at the same weight for the entire year (+-5 lbs). And I still can’t reach my desired weight (~125 lb). Clearly what Ive been doing isn’t working.
And I’m honestly tired. So I’ll take what is left of the year to simply do my workouts without my polar watch, I’ll keep doing bbg as directed in the guide, nothing more nothing less (unless I feel like doing something more). I’ll eat whatever I want, being mindful of what I put in my mouth of course, without tracking calories. I won’t weight myself (last time I was back at 135 after a couple of days of overeating, I think I might still at 132)
But I’ll keep taking my measurements every 15 days. And pics.
At the beginning of next year I’ll decide if I want to keep going like that, maybe I will until I finish the program in February. I’m starting from week one today.
I wish campus had a track :'( Sprints on the treadmill are the worst
Stop companies from tracking you
Ad companies and social networks are tracking everything you do on the web. They know what sites you visit, when you visit them and how often you do...and they know who you are. DNT+ blocks the tracking so you can browse freely and safely.
Kay, I'm gonna go~
TENNIS TIME :D
Wow.
I did it. I was up front with my mom. I told her I just can't do it anymore. I'm in too much pain. She was upset at first, but I mean I guess I get it. If I were in her shoes I don't know if I would have the same reaction, but I'm not...so I can't really say. I'm happy though. My ankle will hopefully heal from now until summer since between missing basketball season and taking off the next six months will make a grand total of 9 months (my longest break from sports...ever) so I can be in tip top shape for Volleyball 2012! Volleyball is honestly the only sport to me that is worth the pain and I hope by then I won't have any. Because this ol' ankle of mine, it kills me (:
"No Track" Buttons will be on Google soon?
A new consumer bill of rights is being worked on where online privacy for consumers is the main concern. Google has said that they will add a "no track" button onto their browser to comply with this bill of rights. What do you think of this? Read more about it at Engadget
