In 205 ‘Rebecca’: Hector mentions to Mike that Tuco “thinks he’s a boxer.”
How much of that, as a part of Tuco’s hobbies/aspirations, personality and/or upbringing; affect the ways in which he runs his crew and territory? How did it impact the ways he conducted himself, as well as the ways he wanted his underlings to act and carry themselves?
They’re attire and hairstyle suggest some amount of uniformity.
I do understand, the choices they’d be making in regards to this is far more complex. Especially if they would be engaging in illicit activities. Such choices could prove easier to cut down on forensic evidence, as an example.
Even just the differences between Tuco and his Lieutenants could, in an albeit odd way, be a representation of the varying weight classes in boxing/UFC.
I mean, look at No-Doze and tell me he wouldn’t be a “twinkle toes”
Is/was weight training or boxing a common activity they all engaged in? Like some sort of team building? Was it where Tuco recruited some of his underlings, like Nacho or No-Doze?
If so, it could certainly serve to prove that they can hold their own, and therefore work for and protect him.
friendship ended with trable. gadoze is my otp now.

Tuco: What's your name?
Walter: "Heisenberg."
Tuco: Have a seat, Heisenberg.
Walter: I don't imagine I'll be here very long.
Tuco: No? All right, be that way. It's your meeting. Why don't you start talking and tell me what you want?
Walter: Fifty thousand dollars.
Tuco, laughing: 50 G's! How do you figure that?
Walter: 35 for the pound of meth you stole and 15 for my partner's pain and suffering.
Tuco: Partner...? Oh yeah. I remember that little bitch. So you must be daddy. (laughing)
Tuco: Let me get this straight: I steal your dope, I beat the piss out of your mule boy, and then you walk in here and bring me more meth?
Tuco: (laughing uncontrollably)
Tuco: WOOO, that's a brilliant plan, ese!
No-Doze: Brilliant.
Walter: You got one part of that wrong.
Walter, pulling out a Half-Life 2 grenade: This ... is not meth.
Tuco: Huh? ... What --
(KABOOM)
Tuco: AUGH!
Walter, pulling out a second grenade: This? It isn't meth either!
Tuco: Wh--
(KABOOM, slurping sounds)
Walter, pulling out a third grenade as a firebomb starts rolling around: This is definitely not meth!
(multiple kabooms as the office catches on fire)
