WAIT I’m lost I didn’t know Noah watts got??? Hate for his portrayal of Connor what??? How :’(

owhh man maybe some of you guys weren’t around when the fandom was poppin but let me tell you the hate noah got fucking sucks ass.

and like majority of the hate was from guys. like the girls loved connor LMAO!

i think there was a lot of majoring factors as to why so many people disliked connor/noah. ezio had been carrying the franchise for a good solid couple years (he became the poster boy ffs like people loved him.)

ezio had charisma, he had charm, humour.

people disliked connor because he did not have that. (wow imagine a character not being the exact same as one another imagine that??)

connor was a massive jump from ezio and many people disliked that, hence the whole argument of ‘well, connor is emotionless!’ and that argument is stupid because i know you haven’t played the game or clarify yourself as a real ac fan if you let out bs like that.

anyway, because of that people shit on noah’s performance. claiming that he made connor monotone, that it was his fault connor was emotionless, etc.

noah is an amazing actor/voice actor and he deserved more credit. BTW this guy taught himself the kanien'kéha language!!! obviously ubisoft gave him a speech coach and also provided him with lessons, but he poured so much love into connor.

and noah watts is native american himself (albeit from a different tribe) and he said that his role that inspired connor was from another native american actor <3

sigh noah if you see this, your performance as connor was brilliant. you deserved so much more love, as did connor.

i totally forgot to post this on the 10th year anniversary of assassin’s creed 3! i made a tribute to ratonhnhaké:ton/connor to cry to because it’s what he deserves. he means so much to me and his story moves me to this day.

Just gonna drop this, ACIII was my introduction into the assassin's creed game and will forever be happy that that was my first introduction to the game series because it was amazing to me, especially as a native American, to see one of my people be the main character. Especially since I grew up watching Noah Watts. Just makes me feel happy and hope to see him again voicing my fav character in the AC games.
