@noahminyard wrote this amazing headcanon about the foxes+beards and @alecolightwood and I want to say a few things about that
Because the foxes are competitive about almost everything they totally bet on who can grow the best beard
It´s a close call between Kevin and Matt but Matt wins in the end
Allison wins a lot of money (as always)
Kevin shaves his beard off almost immediately and sulks for a whole week
Nicky pats his freshly shaved cheek and is like “maybe next time”
Kevin just pushes him away and goes to watch some Exy
After the championship is over all the foxes start shaving again except Andrew
Because Neil loves his perfect™ beard so much and we all know how much Andrew loves hates Neil
They both continue slipping off again and again and again
Neil is very happy because he loves the scratch marks Andrew´s beard leaves on his skin (especially on his neck and on his thighs)
(Neil also probably has really sensitive skin so Andrew´s beard makes him feel things)
Of course everyone notices but Neil just pretends that nothing has happened
But he´s the worst at finding good excuses
He´s like “Oh I ran into a door” or “that’s nothing I just fell during training”
Andrew just rolls his eyes because his boyfriend is an idiot (and because he loves leaving marks on Neil´s skin and couldn´t care less about what the others think)
One day in spring the foxes are sitting in the grass outside (it´s warm and Renee wanted to have a picnic and no one can say no to Renee)
After a while Neil gets bored and starts making daisy chains (Nicky thought him how to make them)
When he made a decent one he looks at Andrew, smiles and asks “yes or no?”
Andrew is just like “yes, whatever loser” so Neil puts the daisy chain around Andrew´s wrist
But then he needs something new to do
He looks at Andrew´s beard
Andrew glares but he does nothing to stop him
So Neil starts threading daisies through Andrew`s beard
And Neil just smiles really big because he gets to touch Andrew´s beard + Andrew really pulls off the flower beard look
And because Andrew hates Neil´s smile so fucking much he rises the percentage and lets him put the flowers in his beard
Dan takes a lot of photos of them that end up on the wall
