Healthy Beverages
The healthiest and most important beverage in our day should be water. However, there are some exceptions, such as low in sugar drinks. For example black coffee, milk, and occasionally homemade juices are actually beneficial to the body. Some of these drinks provide you with the fruits, vegetables, and sugars that you need to consume in a day without over exceeding the limit. Most sugary drinks such as sodas, juices, and energy drinks can usually cause you to over exceed you limit within only one serving of the beverage. Drinking healthy beverages can help prevent diabetes, heart disease, obesity, and plaque build up in the mouth. Many sodas have phosphoric acid which has been proven to take out the calcium in your bones and teeth, while also clogging the arteries with all of the artificial sugar. When you drink beverages with sugar make sure that it is natural sugar or that it does not over exceed your sugar consumption for the day. Healthy beverages will improve your health and nutrition.
