Im debating whether or not to do this competition....
One of the girls at my box, who has been an avid crossfitter for years and who RXes and RX+'s and is just that 'one girl' who everyone knows told me that I should do this competition with her on August 17th. I looked at the WOD's and there's a scaled version and an RX version..
Here's my issue.... I don't have my pull-ups and I don't have consecutive double unders. But I really don't want to do scaled because #45 thrusters and the box jump step ups are madd easy for me. The rest of the RX #'s are where I am comfortably. I don't know what to do!!! It's only 10 pull-ups and 30 double unders. I have a month and a half to get them. ADVICE ON WHAT TO DO PLEASE!!!!!
