Challenges || Tsukasa and Shin

It was days like today where Shin sometimes wondered where he would have ended up if he hadn't decided to become an idol. His job today had involved a photoshoot to update the pictures on his website. If he had stayed as an actor, he was sure he would have been doing something similar, although more than likely back in Japan. Whenever there was an overlap between his former job and his current one, it often caused him flashbacks. Shin was immediately pelted with childhood memories of smiling on a set, a child amongst a crowd of adults.
Shaking his head, Shin attempted to clear his thoughts. As he pulled out his poetry book, he failed to notice his notebook slide out of the same pocket and clatter to the ground. Flipping to a random page in his poetry book, he began to read it quietly to himself. It was a classic, about summer and frustration. Shin whispered the words reverently, remembering how Kanade had butchered them when they had been on that game show. Although if he was honest with himself, his English was just as bad as Kanade's repetition of the sentence in the poem. There was no way he would be able to write English songs for a while.
Grabbing his pen, Shin also reached for his notebook, ready to write down a few words that were evoked by his current feelings. His fingers grasped air. Fumbling in his pockets, he realized that it was no longer on his person. Shin softly gasped. That notebook held all of the thoughts, emotions and words that he had written since he had started writing songs. If it was lost... Shin shook his head. He more than likely just misplaced it somewhere. Turning around, he began to desperately head back to the agency, ignorant of the notebook that lay at his feet.
