redrew one of my most popular drawings, the noceda siblings!!
i decided to redraw it because i had gained more experience drawing people and faces as well as rendering
I tried to keep the original vibe as much as possible but i might have missed it a bit
I also made the background details more visible with darker colours, and put their names by them instead of just the overall Nocedas
The 1st one is the newer one, the 2nd one is the older one
Considering Hunter probably took a pretty long while before he ever carved Waffles, there stands reason to believe that he and Luz just like. Shared custody of Stringbean. Realistically he probably shared palismen with all of his friends but Luz has little sister rights and therefore they can and would battle over her like an xbox. Every single time Hunter has flyer derby going on he snatches up Stringbean because Camila said it was his turn. This is a near-daily struggle.
Occasionally Stringbean will actively choose who she gets to hang out with that day. Neither Hunter nor Luz argue when she does this because Word Of Stringbean™ is law above all else and the winner is very smug about it.
Does B!Luz try to be the overprotective sister with P!amity and C!Amity(and i think that they would both be scared of B!Luz “if you break there heart’s I break your face”sister)
B!Luz is both protective of but would also maim both of ‘em. Or at least threatens to. C!Amity she could probably smack down with some glyphs she stole from C!Luz but P!Amity rarely ever causes trouble and at worst she’d get a nasty glare.
At first it was just a joke B!Luz started out with after B!Amity decided she would Die for C!Luz but then B!Luz actually got attached after hanging out with both sets of twins more and considering both girls have crushes on her sisters, B!Luz has just accepted shes got a couple new siblings now.
but shes still a Brat and any time shes around and notices that one of her sisters is leaving/arriving/hanging out with either Amity she either sends one of the girls a Smug Raised Eyebrow Look or she just shouts “gayass!” across the room when they do Literally Anything. this, of course, comes back to bite her when both sets of Pilot & Canon lumity decide to team up when shes being gay w B!Amity

Haha I’m Late but merry late crysler!
You know that one meme where the person has these 2 chaotic kids on leashes. That but w 3 of them. B!Luz causes problems on purpose, C!Luz just Causes Problems, and P!Luz is usually fine but sometimes an invention blows up and causes a problem on accident. She’s the most responsible of the siblings (ironically) so Eda usually just puts Owlbert in charge of watching her while she deals w the other 2 crackheads. Loves them to death but dear GOD
Eda fought a lot in her youth, so she recognizes the Signs when B!Luz arrives at the Owl House at like 2am covered in scrapes and mildly limping and trying to find and slap on a bunch of healing glyphs. Eda is standing in the background before flipping on a light switch w an Annoyed look and crossed arms. B!Luz Freezes and is fully expecting to be yelled at but instead Eda just sighs and helps her patch herself up. And after the fact she turns to B!Luz n says “next time you feel the need to go fighting titan-knows-where in the middle of the night, at least take Owlbert. and for the Isles sake don’t go alone” and leaves it at that
C!Luz often requires most of Eda’s attention (forgotten middle child who?) bc of how Chaotic she is and her greatest obsession is learning all kinds of magic. C!Luz can b a little. needy at times. she just lonely n is Very interested in learning all about the Boiling Isles. Eda takes her eyes off her for 5 seconds and suddenly shes Gone. shes on the roof w Gus and they’re testing out P!Luz’s new invention. C!Luz falls asleep in the weirdest places and positions and Eda has often had to carry her to bed. its a Thing that when Eda wants to wake up or mildly annoy the other 2 sisters she just scoops up C!Luz, whos dead asleep, and drops her ontop of them. works every time
P!Luz is v Quiet and Eda always. kept an eye out for her. not bc of her inventions that sometimes go Awry (tho it was a minor reason) but mostly because. well, she was far more reserved than her sisters and Eda wanted to check in and make sure she wasn’t feeling left out or anxious. Eda’s the younger sister, after all. she was a bit similar to that before deciding “fuck that” and going all out n Wild and she wasn’t keen on P!Luz feeling like she Also had to do that. but nope, P!Luz is completely fine on her own and will sometimes excitedly grab Eda to show her the new alchemy project she had and had completed. she didn’t do it too often at first (only on inventions she was 100% sure would work) but she eventually started casually talking and showing off half-finished projects to Eda. Owl mom has absolutely no goddamn idea what P!Luz is talking abt but shes supportive anyway
More noceda sibling interaction with their mom. Maybe some angst between camilla and beta luz

All 3 of ‘em love their mom to death. They still cause a bit of Issues at time and can be a Lot to handle but Camila wouldn’t trade them for the world n WOULD kill for them. B!Luz got her readiness to Kill from Camila and Camila exclusively.
I know you said B!Luz and Camila angst but my brain went right to Their Dad. in conclusion he sucks ass in this au n left when B!Luz was like 7 so she has the most memories of him, even if they’re few and far between. what she Does remember is Not Fun and bc of him she became quite protective of her sisters early on. C!Luz has like 1 vague memory and can somewhat think of a voice that sounds like him but thats abt it. P!Luz has no memories whatsoever and was like 9 before she even realized they had a dad at one point
B!Luz used to wander off a lot and that left C!Luz and P!Luz to bond on occasion. They sort of rubbed off personalities on each other and theres a clear difference between those 2′s personalities to B!Luz’s. Camila has come home to far too many failed inventions from P!Luz that C!Luz willingly volunteered as a test subject for. to their credit, the two of ‘em would help Camila pick up the mess afterwards.
None of the Noceda sisters are straight (we been knew) and while none of them for even a second believed Camila would mind or care, they still all refused to come out to her bc they are awkward and don’t know how to even Start that conversation and just decided to Wait. yes they came out to each other first but tbh it was usually an accident. C!Luz got caught first when she mumbly admitted to Camila she may have joined theatre specifically for the pretty mean girl in it and B!Luz looked up from the couch n being a little shit yelled “thats gay” before P!Luz looks @ her n goes “literally all of us are” and it was a v fun night for the Nocedas.
alright onto the angst. B!Luz and Camila get into arguments, a lot. usually from B!Luz’s bad habits but also because of disagreements on the other two sisters, mainly C!Luz. C!Luz is baby but you gotta acknowledge that snakes,,,,in the classroom,,,,,,are Not Safe. and P!Luz isn’t much better w her inventions. B!Luz causes problems as well but she refuses to bring up her own faults during these arguments. Camila’s at her last straw and was thinking of a summer camp long before the snake incident, and B!Luz found the pamphlet and was Not happy about it. Which led to the reveal Camila planned on sending all three of them to it, reasoning that it could be good for all of them, costs less than sending to 3 different camps, and that they can be there for each other for those months. there was a,,,,lot of shouting and regrettable words thrown around that night. none of which B!Luz could take back after the portal got destroyed so. thats fun for her
