A great start to the morning! I was the person that came up with every excuse not to workout. I can't work out in the morning because it's too early! Have have to get the kids ready for school. I'm so tired after work. I need to go home and make sure the kids do their homework and get ready for the next day. All were excuses. Because guess what?! I work out every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning AND Wednesday afternoon. And life kept moving and going. Kids still get to school, homework still gets done, baths are still taken. And now I'm in school! If you really want to do something, you find time do it! So, I loved myself enough to stop making excuses and just do it! I'm not scared of sweating and getting out of breath anymore. Which one is the best or which could I actually pursue? Which are shitty or not manageable? Does it make sense tu pursue several of those?
I kinda like the 12 letter idea, combined with a blog, possibly a simple tumblr. But I also wanna be more creative and focused, business oriented. Tough one!
