Are you super excited for the Neil Blomkamp Alien movie? Or is that just, like, a stupid question?

excited? no. interested? sure. But given the recent news (?) I’m just not sure how a reboot to a franchise this popular, where the main character has done her time and has died, will work. We already cloned/resurrected her for christ’s sakes. What this franchise needs is a fresh new story that works and fits well which is where Prometheus comes along. I’m way more interested and enthusiastic for the Prometheus sequel and that’s really all the world needs.
