You know, it's funny how I was able every unit from the Nohrian Summer banner EXCEPT FOR THE ONE I WANTED. What does Xander have against me any way??? I couldn't get his spring version either. 😭

Some FEH Thoughts

So you can theoretically pull a hero out of any time and place when you summon them, right? You can grab them in the middle of a performance, or trick or treating, or a Christmas party, etc. So then, statistically, wouldn't you have a good chance of summoning some heroes when they're off the battlefield, in casual clothes, unarmed? Maybe while they're asleep?

Perhaps unarmed heroes are given something from Askr's armory off-screen, and that's how you get a Falchionless four star Chrom for example.

Maybe the event heroes show up unarmed, and there isn't much time before a battle, so they improvise with whatever's around, and that's why they have some weird weapons.
