Heheh... So the scene in Re;Birth3 where Noire is shown tending to a bunch of stray cats got me thinking...
Noire x Cat Hybrid Reader Headcanons
♤♤♤♤♤♤♤♤♤♤♤♤
- Noire's always adored cats, and especially the poor little strays that rely on her edible patronage. So, naturally, when she spots a fresh face in the crowd of hungry kitties staring at her wide-eyed and stumbling closer with a limp, her immediate instinct is to rush the poor thing to the vet. They aren't open yet, though, so she has to settle for bringing her new cat friend home and offering them some much-needed shelter for the time being. That's all well and good, except...
- Why the heck is there a stranger in her home?!
That's the first thought that crosses her mind the next morning, but it's not long before the sight of a familiar pair of cat ears and tail gets her mind jogging. Now that she's thinking about it, hasn't she seen this sort of thing before in some of her games? A kind soul takes in a poor stray, only to wake up and find that they're actually half-cat and half-human. The hybrid then is so thankful for their selfless act that they swear their undying loyalty to them and soon, they fall in love with each other!!!
Well, that's how it usually goes in her games. In reality, you're simply trying to express your gratitude for her kindness, but she's too lost in la-la land to realize that.
- There is one part of this situation that matches up perfectly with her fantasies, though: your leg injury means you'll have a hard time living the stray lifestyle you're accustomed to and, as such, you'll need to live with her for the time being. Or forever. Who knows what the future has in store for you two!
- The typical tsundere attitude Noire's so well known for is practically nonexistent when it comes to you. You're just so sweet and fluffy that she couldn't turn away your affection even if she tried! And, of course, she's more than happy to shower you with her own—maybe too much so. Even if you're very obviously just as intelligent and capable of independence as any normal person, her brain's still stuck on cat-mama mode, and your injury certainly doesn't help that fact. Expect copious amounts of tuna (or whatever else you're fond of eating) for the foreseeable future.
- Unfortunately, she's still quite a bit on the shy side, struggling to fully express the extent of her feelings for you. As such, acts of service quickly become her go-to love language while more emotionally vulnerable kinds get left by the wayside. You two struggle to so much as hold a conversation without her voice awkwardly trailing off or her outright running away, claiming she's busy with work or some other excuse.
- If you wish to grow closer to her despite that shyness, though, you're in luck! As much as she tries holding herself back from initiating physical contact at the start of your time together, the moment you pull something like laying your head on her lap or nuzzling it into her, all that self-control wilts away into nothingness and BAM!!! Now you're stuck there for an hour as she relentlessly pets the crap out of you and praises how soft your fur is.
A similar phenomenon occurs with sweet-talking her. Like I said before, she couldn't turn away your affection even if she tried—which is good, because she really doesn't care to try in the first place.
- As time goes on and you two begin incorporating one another into your daily lives, you find yourself more and more morphing into a living pillow for her to snuggle and hold onto after the hell that is being Lastation's CPU day after day. It's just so exhausting being one of the only responsible ones around! And there's been so much work lately...
Thankfully, for all her grumbling about every little thing that bothered her on that particular day, it's really not that difficult to get her mood up. All you gotta do is throw in some understanding words to help her feel heard—and of course, continue being your cute, fluffy self.
- Sleeping in the same bed is a must!!! Nothing quite helps her let her hair down like cuddling with you does, after all. This works both in your humanoid form and your cat form. The former offers more warmth by nature of there being, well, more of you, but the latter opens the door to plenty of new sleeping positions; you could wrap around her head, lie on her stomach—or better yet, her chest... Plenty of options!
- When the other CPUs catch wind of your existence and start teasing her about it, you may expect her to get all flustered and shy about it. To your credit, you'd be half right. However, despite her blushing and inability to handle PDA around the others, there's one thing that empowers her enough to overcome her embarrassment: the fact that everyone else is too much of a shut-in to have a partner themself.
So, yeah. While they can tease her all they want, at the end of the day, she always gets the upper hand in any conversation. So what if she's a "simp" as Neptune likes to put it? At least she's got a partner to simp for in the first place!
- With that said, she'll absolutely lose her shit if one of the other gals gets overly friendly with you, even if it's something as simple as petting you while in cat form. They can't do that to you! Only she can, gosh dang it!!! As such, it's probably for the best that you gently turn the other's affections down. The last thing you need is a pouty Noire hmphing at you the rest of the day until you apologize and make it up to her.
If you do ever make this mistake, though, it's okay. Just use your kitty charms on her once more and she'll be back to normal in no time <3

Noire - "The Director."
Noire's wheelchair creaks when she moves closer to observe the current scene playing out. The actors follow their rehearsal, bringing a smile to the directors lips.
When the scene cuts, she barely registers the sounds of your approach and turns slightly, only to be met with the feeling of your lips pressing against hers. She doesn't make a move, instead letting out a muffle laugh against your mouth.
The low hum that leaves Noire's lips when you two part sends a pleasant shiver down your spine, the other woman pulling you closer with a sly grin.
"Taking a risk, I see." She teases lowly, motioning to the cast preparing on the far side of the room. "How... intriguing."
Sophia - "The Preacher."
You grab her face and kiss her with enough force to make the other girl's body seize up. Sophia makes a sound similar to a grunt from the sudden gesture, her eyes going wide
Everything around the both of you stops completely. Sophia's indifferent mask cracks just barely, a slight tremble evident in her fingers. Then she's kissing you back with the intent of stealing your breath, her palms sliding up to cup your jaw.
She pulls away with a sharp intake of breath, lips parted as she pants heavily. "You're playing with fire." She breathes against your mouth, an undeniable smirk playing across her lips.
"Good. Keep doing that."
Sophia - "The Preacher." (Pre-Manus)
Sophia's breath hitches when you drag her somewhere secluded on the island, falling into a step behind you. When you whirl around to press your kips with hers, she freezes.
Timidly, she cups your cheeks with both of her palms, pulling you in as close as she possibly could. Sophia warms up to your kiss, softening just a bit and closes her eyes. Something catches in her throat as your fingers close around her wrists, the intimate proximity making her face flush.
The moment you two break apart, the feeling of your lips linger on Sophia's own. She hides a smile behind her hand, her next words coming out in a muffled whisper.
"That was... lovely. Could we repeat that?"
37 - "Prime Number."
You interrupt whatever mathematical point 37 was about to make, your hands framing the girl's face to pull her in. She gasps in wonder at your disruption, her body locking up completely once your lips slot with hers.
For once, the curious integer has nothing to say, her fingers twitching at her sides as she figures out if she should hold your shoulders to anchor herself or shake you.
The kiss ends just when 37's brilliant mind slicks, her lips parting in the slightest. She's at lost for words, her light blue eyes blank. She eventually clear her throat, finding her voice.
"I think we should replicate that." She remarks. "For... arithmetical purposes."
Nautika - "The Unknown."
Your palms slide up Nautika's arms with delicate precision, coming to a rest at her shoulders. She snaps from her never-ending thoughts, the sight of her eyes widening before they soften causing your stomach to twist.
When Nautika relaxes, you close the distance deliberately and kiss her with enough force for a soft, broken sound to escape her lips. With equal intensity, she kisses you back whilst her lips quiver.
Her composure crumbles around the sides, revealing the girl who has seen and experienced incidents she shouldn't have. When you slowly part away, you can see the faint tears gathering within the corners of her eyes.
"Repeat that. I need to remember how this feels."
Yenisei - "Indifferent Protector."
Yenisei's breath catches in her throat when your fingers tread through her damp, uneven hair. She tenses, her heart burning at the feeling of your lips pushing onto hers. Yenisei gradually warms up to it, her hands, cold and wet from the usage of her arcane skills, coming up to grasp your wrists.
Her thumbs rub tender circles on your skin, reciprocating your gesture with a sharp intake of breath. When you part away to catch your breath, Yenisei's eyes search your gaze with heated intensity.
"Your-" Her breath stops, voice becoming softer than it has ever been. Her eyes flutter close, leaning in close enough that her nose brushes with yours. "Your lips are... do it again. Please."
Dikke - "Supreme Chief."
Dikke barely notices when your lips brush against the corner of her mouth. When she cranes her head to protest, you cut her off with a proper kiss to her lips.
The magistrate drops her court files onto the desk, her body freezing up. She grumbles against your mouth, but she finds herself growing fond over your disruptive gesture. When you pull away, Dikke attempts to remain indifferent. You catch the subtle twitch of her lips.
Dikke clears her throat, collecting the files she had held earlier, her fingers tightening around the papers. She doesn't read a single word. "Pleasant surprise," She begins. "doth warn me in the future."
I'm hungry for more Neptunia content... how about Nep-Nep with her S/O?
Or Noire? You choose this time!
Heheheheheheh... HEEHEHEHEHEEHEHEH.... why have one goddess gf when you can have TWO!! But seriously I've been looking forward to talking about these two in a poly sense for a while now!! I did start this blog with them, so it's fitting. Not my fault they're so cute together!
Noire x Reader x Neptune - Romance UP!!!
Level One: A Chance Encounter
✦.──
Some relationships start with love at first sight, the kind of romantic encounters those in question can't help but gush over year after year as they fondly relive the tale of meeting their beloved soulmate. Y'all... not so much. This whole messy throuple fiasco began on what should've been a normal day of exploring the greenery of your home, Lastation. All you wanted was some peace and quiet—something you assumed would be abundant in such an unpopulated area. Of course, what you actually wound up finding was anything but.
"You cannot be serious."
"Of course I am! How small does your brain have to be to even think something that stupid?"
Turns out that your usual evening stroll led you right in between the claws of two CPUs smack dab in the middle of some catfight. You hoped that if you just kept quiet and took some tentative steps backwards, you could manage to avoid being entangled in their argument, but... Hey, why was there a mega-crunchy branch under your foot all of a sudden?! You could've sworn it wasn't there a moment ago. Unfortunately, by the time you recognized the author inserting an overused trope your error, it was already too late. A telling silence filled the air as both of their heads swung in your direction.
"Hey. You." Noire stepped forward with a deadly glare. On her side stood Neptune, who marched closer and closer in a similar eerie fashion. "Have you been eavesdropping on us?"
"Um..." You squeaked out.
"I'll take that as a yes."
"I'm sorry! I really didn't mean to, I promise. I just happened to be walking on this path." Your lips scrambled in a desperate attempt to save yourself from the pair's increasingly terrifying stares. "I'll be going now—"
"Oh no you don't!" An oversized boot sent you tumbling onto the ground below. Before you could make your way back up on your feet, Neptune pounced and pulled you into a headlock, swiftly murdering any hope you had of salvaging the situation. "Before you skedaddle, you've gotta tell us one thing."
"O-okay..." You gulped in horror as her deceptively frail-looking limbs held you in place.
"Who's best girl in [redacted due to copyright infringement]?"
"...Huh?"
── .✦
Yeah... Y'all ended up getting to know each other because of a stupid visual novel debate of all things. Fortunately for you, you hadn't even heard of the game at the time, or you totally would've gotten your ass beat by whoever you unintentionally offended with your answer. Instead, they mutually decided that they'd have to force an answer out of you by getting you to play it alongside them. Cue a several hour long bingefest sandwiched between the two of them as they hungrily took note of each and every opinion that dropped out of your frazzled lips.
By the time the credits started to roll, you all had grown so pleased with each other's company that you nearly forgot the true purpose behind this endeavor. They hadn't, though. So, once again, you found yourself stuck in the middle of their two differing opinions with neither side willing to settle for a draw. The problem was... no matter how much they pressed you for a definite answer, you just couldn't choose which of the two was your favorite! They both had their own unique charm points and, honestly, only really could shine as characters when paired with one another.
There was no way they could accept such a wishy-washy answer! Looks like you'd just have to keep playing more and more of the series' installments with them; that way, they could finally settle the debate once and for all... someday...
Level Two: Budding Bonds
✦.──
The morning sun shone through your windows like a blinding arrow, only rivaled in its aggression by the incessant buzzing of your alarm clock. You reached out to click it off and sighed. Sleeping in for a few more hours sounded so tempting—at least, it would if it weren't for the knowledge that ghosting Noire on such an important day would send you sleeping in your grave for far, far longer than that. With one last grumble, you pushed through your exhausted haze and made your way out of bed.
As you approached your and Noire's designated meeting spot, familiar dark locks of hair flew into your vision, swept up by the wind. You leaned over and gave her shoulder a gentle tap.
"Oh, it's you." Her face lit up before rapidly souring. "You actually bothered to come. Unlike a certain someone."
"Don't be so hard on Nep. You know how hard it is for her to get up this early."
"I know, I know, but still." She crossed her arms into a shield over her chest and averted her eyes. "If she actually cared, she would try a little harder to arrive on time. It's not like I'm expecting much of her. It's just one day out of the entire year. You were able to show up on time just fine, so why can't she?"
"That's..." You faltered. "I get what you're saying, but everyone struggles with different things. That doesn't mean she doesn't care about you. She just shows it in different ways."
"You really think so?" Her eyes bore into yours, a hint of wetness blanketing them. You squeezed her hand.
"I know so. Just give her some time, and she'll be here."
The sun danced its silent, cyclical routine above you all, marking with each of its minuscule movements another segment of time gone by. You made light conversation. Her feet shuffled back and forth. Neither of your cellphones voiced any indication of Neptune's soon-to-be presence, nor did either of your tongues as you found them dried up and tangled in your mutual concern. You'd already made that promise on her behalf, banked on your faith in her to pull through when it matters most; now, you just needed her to follow through before your less trusting companion lost her own. Noire's eyes drifted downwards in silent defeat. A teardrop fell to the ground.
"Blam! Player three has officially joined the party." Sure enough, the visage of your favorite mini gamer girl popped into view, the edges of a peace sign joyfully pressed into the side of her cheek. "Didja miss me?"
"As if!" Noire scoffed and turned to her side. "You're lucky they made me stay, or I would've ditched you already."
"Classic tsundere behavior as always. I know that's your whole shtick and all, but seriously, even on your birthday?" As Neptune pressed her face into a frown, the other brought her hands to her hips and groaned.
"Enough! Ugh, let's just get going already, or we're going to be late for real." Noire abruptly spun around and began marching off towards a local bakery, leaving the two of you behind to scramble behind her.
Today, like always, the threads of your collective bonds melted together into a messy pile and threatened with each new pathway to choke and strangle each other, eternally a hair away from severing their fibers altogether. And yet, like always, you three managed to unwind them into something beautiful anyway. All it took was a little faith.
── .✦
How did you go from a stroll in the wilderness to being two CPUs' closest companion? Don't ask. None of you really get it either.
Frankly, it kinda just... happened, probably by sheer necessity of you constantly having to mediate between them so much, cause, uh... These poor losers are so doomed without you for real. Literal doomed yuri in the flesh, except the tragedy is literally just that they're too stupid to ever be on the same wavelength without you helping to bridge that gap between them. So yeah. You somehow find yourself quickly becoming the glue keeping this whole thing from falling apart before it's even started.
Thankfully, your time shared together isn't always quite so tense. You'd actually even call it peaceful sometimes, especially those late night moments where you all get so tired that you end up sporadically forming a giant cuddle blob and pass out mid-game. Just try not to tease Noire too much in the morning, or you'll end up riling her back up all over again and then, of course, Neptune will jump straight into pushing her buttons even further... and thus, the cycle starts again.
Level Three: Make a Damn Choice Already!!!
✦.──
"Oh... my tummy... It's killing me..." A greasy creature formerly known as Neptune clutched her midriff in agony.
"Told you you'd get a stomachache from all that sugar." Noire chided at her, not even bothering to take her eyes away from the brightly colored screen. The other pouted.
"Meanie McMeanerson! You'd be such an awful love interest in a VN."
"Sh-shut up! It's not like you'd be any better."
"Okay, okay." Your voice beamed out, silencing them with its presence. "Stop bickering or we're going to miss the opening cutscene. Again."
Despite the obvious reluctance painted across both of their faces, they each complied with your request and began to shuffle their way closer. Two warmths bumped into you. By that point, the pretense of sleep to justify your skin pressing against each other hardly felt needed. You all exhaled and stared adoringly as an assortment of pigments and character designs flashed on your shared console, marking the beginning of your group's playthrough of [redacted due to copyright infringement] ReVive 1. And then you all began to squeal.
"There's best girl!"
"Dumbass, there's best girl!"
"Best girls." You pulled the two in closer. "Now let me listen to the opening song already."
As the final notes of the game's signature tune played out, you wasted no time in digging your claws into the actual meat of the game. Each of you played your part in keeping the chatter lively, although only you ultimately had the honor of picking dialogue and other such options—courtesy of your typical arrangement for game sessions involving this series. No matter how much time passed, their character-driven rivalry never seemed to die down; in turn, neither did their passion for forcing you to choose one, and only one, of the two women. Noire grinned.
"See! She's clearly the better option. That's why they're choosing her route."
"Not so fast, pigtails. You forgetting all that lovey-dovey talk when they were on a 'fake' date with actual best girl? Obviously, we're going for her route first." Neptune leaned over to poke at Noire's shoulder before burrowing into your own. "Right? I'm totally right, right?"
"Hm... You'll see in a minute." You clicked away at the text boxes, refusing to pay any mind to the uproar and whining your continued lack of a proper answer provoked. Just one minute. That's all you needed, and then this entire debate would be over. Hopefully. Just one more click here, another there, and then...
"Huh? Wait, I don't remember this scene in the original game. Is this new?" A black pigtail slanted downwards.
"Must be." Neptune chimed in. "But then, whose route are we on?"
"Heh... so neither of you know, after all."
"Wh—know what? Spit it out already!" Noire pleaded with her arm wrapped around yours. Did she even realize how hard she was squeezing? Either way, you couldn't help but giggle.
"I now present to you, this game's one and only... new poly route, featuring none other than both of this series' best girls!"
"WHAT?!"
✦.──
Heh. Heh. Heh. Losers, all three of you... which is fine, since it all works out in the end thanks to your hard work and dedication to proving that poly is the answer to everything! It may not be the most typical way of getting your throuple life rolling, but hey, none of this is exactly normal in the first place so who cares. You managed to get your point across just fine either way.
Level Four: Domestic Life
✦.──
Another day. Another pile of haphazardly discarded junk food bags littering the floor, all creating a pointed arrow towards none other than Neptune. You made your way over to her curled-up form and lightly shook her shoulder.
"Hey. I get that the Basilicoms have cleaning staff, but you still need to pick up after yourself."
"Aw, but isn't that what my cutie patootie partner over here is for?" The insides of her brows perked upwards. You channeled your inner Noire and shot a stern glare at her.
"I'm not your maid. Seriously... what's been up with you lately? I mean, you're messy normally, but this..." You looked around you, careful to truly examine each and every inch of her designated living space with a scrutinizing gaze. To be frank, it looked like a complete and utter pigsty. "This is too much, even for you. Be honest with me. Is everything okay?"
"Aw man, you caught me." She let out a half-hearted giggle, but it only took a mere handful of quiet moments for it to fade away into nothingness, leaving behind instead a set of empty eyes. "Uh, I... My energy levels are like, so dead right now. Dunno what's up with that. I thought some recharging my batteries would do the trick, but obviously that didn't work so good. Sorry."
"Nep..." As the sound of her usual bubbliness evaporated, you wasted no time in filling its place with your loving arms. Slowly, softly, you cradled her heavy body into your own. "You should've just said so earlier. You know I'll support you whenever you need."
"Bleh, save your sentimental shtick for when Miss Busy Bee gets back home. Can't we just cuddle and take a lil' snooze?"
You sighed and frowned, mind drifting back to the room's disorderly state. If you were to leave it as is, you had a funny feeling you two would get more than a harmless glare out of your missing piece once she returned. Still... when one of the most adorable goddesses in the entirety of Gamindustri is looking up at you that cutely, do you really have any right to say no?
"Fine... but once we wake up, we've got to get started on cleaning this place up a little. Got it?"
"Righty-ho, partner-o!"
And with that, both of you fell into a deep slumber. You could only hope that this time, the gentle warmth your bodies so eagerly shared with one another was enough to let her really, truly rest.
── .✦
With Noire being the far more responsible of the two, you typically spend the majority of your free time either by Neptune's side or only a few rooms from it. At least you won't ever have to spend your lazy days alone! On a more serious note, poor Neppy really does have a hard time with managing her energy, and not just in an "I don't wanna do anything" kind of way; the exact issue she struggles with is up to your own interpretation, but either way, she's a sleepy gal. You may very well become their designated housespouse just by virtue of being the only one who's up for helping her like she needs. Yay?
Of course, it's not as if Noire's never around. While she does work quite a bit on official affairs, she cares equally about spending time with you two and never fails to make time in her busy schedule to do so (even if she won't admit that out loud). From game nights to cooking together to the inevitable snuggling in each other's arms until you all pass out every night, you'll never, ever find yourself lonely.
DLC: Extra Notes
I can totally see Vert teasing the shit out of these two the minute she catches wind of what's going on lmao. She has such a strong passion for riling people up that I like to imagine she has a whole built-in teaseometer for detecting this kind of stuff. It's especially bad during the budding stages of y'alls' relationship, cause that's when they (a.k.a. Noire) are insecure enough for it to actually get to them beyond just baseline embarrassment.
Speaking of, that is a HUGE thing that I feel defines Noire's entire experience getting closer to you two. Girl has trust issues and, at least before you, her only way of really handling them was just... putting her walls up before she even could start getting her feelings hurt by any sort of vulnerability. Good on you for being willing to work with her through all that, or she'd probably never feel anywhere near as secure as she does in the present day.
Neptune, on the other hand, I actually tend to view as way more emotionally mature than people give her credit for; it's just that people don't give her said credit because she actively tries to avoid others perceiving that side of her. Getting close to her really involves a lot of recognizing the fronts that she puts up for what they really are, which again, can be pretty tricky with how little she wants you to actually do that. Initially, at least. Once you show her that you're not willing to leave her alone, that's when her heart starts to truly open up for you.
Okay, I've gotta stop myself or this is gonna go on forever. Sorry yuri nation. Peace out!
Greetings! I'm glad to see you're still around! I'm pretty sure you don't remember me anymore; but college has been beating me up for a while now and haven't had the time to check Tumblr, I was wondering if you still did requests for Neptunia gals, IF SO; could I ask for some Vert stuff? 🙏
I feel like as the only CPU without a sister she would have a lot of love to give 😶
- 🕰️ Anon
OH MY GOSH HI!!!! Of course I remember you! I still remember how excited I was to see the first ask you ever sent (and the first one I ever received so it's extra special). I'm still very thankful for the push you gave me to start writing for the neptunia gals, since I was newer to writing/the series and might've not felt confident enough to go for it on my own qwq
ANYWAY yesyes I'm more than happy to take your request! Hope you enjoy and that all goes well in your schooling endeavors <3
HyperChuunibyou Neptunia Gals x Reader - feat. Vert, Blanc, Noire, and Neptune
Gamindustri... Here in this reality shift realm are 4 presiding CPUs. Each resides in Celestia, a world separate from the Land they oversee. Here, the CPUs fight endlessly in battle for rule over Gamindustri. This battle is etched in history. This is the Console War...
"Hold up! You totally skipped over the part where we get to introduce ourselves."
"That's because you guys already wasted ten minutes trying—and failing, might I add—to decide your taglines! Jeez... You're all so hopeless. This is why I deserve to be the True Goddess, not any of you losers."
"What did you say?!"
Blanc launched out of her seat, but the sound of an alarm ringing out halted her in place just before her fist could collide with Noire's stomach. They, as well as the other members of their group, looked over at one of the girl's lit-up phone screens. Club time was officially over.
"See, what did I tell you? You all waste too much time goofing off and debating over random nonsense. At this rate, it really will be a hundred years before we finish the Console War..."
This, my dear readers, is the CPU club, a collection of college kiddos who act anything but their age—save for Noire, the sole member of their clique in charge of maintaining some level of order and professionalism. Their personalities and work ethics vary from member to member, yet they all have joined together for one reason and one reason only: they're delusional as fuck. Each of these girls believes themself to be the reincarnation of a Goddess from another world, all destined to duke it out and decide who deserves to rightfully rule as the True Goddess.
But, of course, they're still regular college kids. With no magic or physical land to rule over, how could they ever come up with a fair system to gauge who's earned this prestigious title?
That's why you're here, silly! A Goddess is nothing without a loyal follower. Therefore, it's up to you, the poor passerby who just so happened to be around at the perfect time to get snatched up by one of its members, to stay by their side as they roleplay their chuunibyou fantasies and pick the one you deem the most worthy. Or, if we're being honest, the most smoochable.
Anyway, on to our love interests—ahem, Goddesses!
- Vert -
CPU Name: Green Heart
Ruler of: Leanbox
Weapon of Choice: Polearm
Strengths: My overwhelming charm and charisma, not to mention my far above average looks... especially in the chest department ;)
Weaknesses: None Vain and prone to provoking other members. Sore loser. - Noire
Why do you believe you deserve to become the True Goddess?: Looking at the rest of the options here, isn't it obvious? Come on, just pick me already! I'll give you a special reward if you do <3
Ah, Vert. The reason this club formed in the first place, as well as the one who dragged you into this whole mess. As her form implies, she believes that the best way to earn your love is through using her womanly charms. And lord is she not subtle at all about it. From her revealing outfits to her proclivity for hugging your arm suspiciously tight, she's determined to prove to you that only she's capable of fulfilling your desires—especially physical ones. Wink wink wink.
Unfortunately for her, this line of reasoning isn't exactly popular with the others. That wouldn't be so bad if it weren't for the fact that they've set up a system where they roleplay-battle against one another to decide things like who gets to sit by you, who gets to spend alone time with you, etc. But alas, they have, and her constant goading almost always leads to her being targeted by Blanc right from the get-go.
But that's fine! While it is true that she often misses out on rewards, that just makes her all the more determined to garner your attention after the fact—despite Noire making it very clear that things like sending you... interesting photos are against the rules. Hey, as long as you don't rat her out, nobody will know.
That's how she is when she's with you or at the club. Outside of that, though, is an entirely different story. All that immaturity and childishness that defines her Goddess persona goes right out the window during normal school activities, often leaving you feeling as if you're witnessing an entirely different person altogether. She's cool and composed. If someone compliments her, she gets shy and humbly thanks them, making sure to throw in a kind word their way herself.
Of course, this is nothing more than a mask she forces herself to wear while out in public. The moment she gets you alone, she's right back to clinging onto you like a madwoman and begging you to choose her as your lover—I mean, the True Goddess already!
- Blanc -
CPU Name: White Heart
Ruler of: Lowee
Weapon of Choice: Hammer, Axe
Strengths: I'm responsible and willing to stand for what I believe in.
Weaknesses: Blanc left this one blank, so I guess I have to fill this part out. Again. Easy to anger, often leading to derailed meetings. Doesn't talk much outside of that. - Noire
Why do you believe you deserve to become the True Goddess?: I take my role way more seriously than Neptune and I don't feel the need to flaunt my chest around like Thunder Tits just to fuel my ego.
Blanc's honestly the one that is the hardest to get close to—at least at the start. Not only is she the quietest of the bunch, but the moments where she does speak are usually to cuss out Vert or yell battle cries in the middle of their roleplay sessions. It also doesn't help that her recklessly singling out Vert in said sessions often leads to the other two members taking advantage of her tunnel vision to take her out of the running early.
Still, she finds ways to make herself endearing to you, even if many of them are unintentional. Her relative reservedness allows you a safe space to breathe when the others' constant vying for your attention gets to be too much to handle, and yet her occasional shows of affection help remind you that she cares just as deeply as anyone else in the room. And, of course, her fits of anger can be rather entertaining.
As far as interacting with you outside of club activities, she's very partial to both digital interactions and communicating via letters. The only problem is that she's not exactly good at either. Texts from her come off as dry at best and outright hateful at worst, especially if you're someone who's been trained to see full stops and single-worded messages as signs of silent rage.
While her letters are better in that regard, they're riddled with their own unique issues, the worst of them being that, well... She just kind of sucks at writing. It's a miracle that she was even accepted into this college, honestly, with how barebones and choppy her sentences are.
Then again, maybe this just goes to show how dedicated she is to working hard despite her shortcomings. Slow and steady wins the race, she believes, and that includes the one for your heart.
- Noire -
CPU Name: Black Heart
Ruler of: Lastation
Weapon of Choice: Short Sword
Strengths: I'm hardworking and, frankly, the only one who gets things done around here.
Weaknesses: Okay, I'll admit that I'm a bit of a control freak and sometimes push others away. But at least I'm self-aware enough to admit that!
Why do you believe you deserve to become the True Goddess?: I believe I am capable and driven enough to perform the duties this position entails. Still, it's ultimately up to you who you choose, so I'll let my abilities speak for themselves.
And we finally get to the beating heart of this club, Noire! As mentioned before, she may not have been the one to get this club started, but she's absolutely the one that keeps it from falling apart at the seams. That's not to say she does literally everything on her own; Blanc has enough self-respect to volunteer to help regularly. As the club's leader, though, she can't help but hoard all the actually important work for herself, worrying that the others won't do as good a job as she will.
To be fair, her fears are more than reasonable. Just take a look around at her fellow weirdos and you'll see that even if she was willing to rely on the others, they wouldn't be nearly as enthusiastic nor capable. It sucks, but it also gives you quite the convenient opening if you wish to pursue her. See her scrunching up her face while staring at a stack of papers? Go ahead and offer to lend her a hand—and then offer a few more times, so as to bypass her gut reaction of waving off your proposal. Eventually, she'll come to learn that you really are willing to help shoulder her burdens.
It's only then that you'll finally start to see the real Noire in all her glory, and not just the exasperated, worn-out version of her usually present during club meetings. She's snarky, yet sweet. Distant, yet willing to open up as she feels progressively safer in your presence.
Most notably, she is remarkably loyal. Perhaps to a fault, even. Noire was never exactly the social type before meeting you, being much more inclined to focus on her studies over making new friends and the like. That's wonderful for her grades, but her heart? Not so much. She's a lonely soul deep down who's been silently yearning for someone who she can rely on just as much as they do her, someone who she can be silly and genuine with instead of being stuck as the girl people shove their responsibilities onto and otherwise ignore.
So, she's not saying you have to pick her, but... would you at least consider it?
- Neptune -
CPU Name: Purple Heart
Ruler of: Planeptune
Weapon of Choice: Katana, Broadsword
Strengths: I'm a cutie patootie AND a sleeping beauty!
Weaknesses: Lazy and irresponsible. - Noire
Why do you believe you deserve to become the True Goddess?: Because I'm the main character, duh doy!
With Neptune's slothful attitude, it's hard to believe she even cares about all this Goddess stuff, much less to the extent of putting in the work to show up every day. And that's because she kind of... doesn't? Whenever you ask her about the topic in any serious manner, she just brushes you off with some playful remark or pun, to the point where you don't even bother asking anymore. Still, going off what little she does share, it seems to be a matter of her viewing the competition as nothing more than a fun game to help pass the time.
So she claims... yet her behavior during "battle" sure seems to say otherwise. Somehow, she's managed to find a perfect balance between being too timid and appearing as an easy target and being so bold that the others see her as a threat. That is, for the first few rounds. Once the rest of the group grows wise to her game, she suddenly finds herself being the first one out—even before Vert, for Goddess's sake!
By nature of her winning so much at the start, you two have built quite the bond, even without any special effort on your part. It kind of just happened, you know? And honestly, as much as the other girls are nice, you can't help but miss the constant lazing around with her, downing copious amounts of junk food in one sitting and all those other bad habits you usually try and stave off.
Well... if you miss her so much, why not start coming over to her place? It's not like she's going to be like Vert and break the rules. She just enjoys having you around, that's all. So don't be shy! Come over and see your precious lil Nep Nep. Eat all the pudding and whatever other snacks you want. Nap the whole evening away. Whatever you want to do, she's more than happy to do it with you.
