georgiana was truly, totally, charmingly bad at singing. on the contrary, she was excellent with her sword and cunning mouth. such a tailored match for a princess. following ethan’s orders, she grabbed the reins again and started climbing towards him. not to be completely submissive, the raven girl opened her mouth wide enough to start singing. rather yelling, but some musical notes were appearing now and then. as she finally faced the knight she closed her mouth shut. “will sing you a lullaby to sleep.” her playful imagination was always trying to bother the entire background. “you want me to be a man in this relationship? oh, how romantic.” her slender-fingered hand nudged him directly in the ribs. “on it, commander.” she was about to gather her dress again when a blissful thought captured her focus for a moment. she had leather pants under the heavy fabrics… a few quick, nimb moves of her delicate knife and she got rid of her gown. “much better. do not get yourself killed while i’ll be gone.”
Ethan immediately cringed when the princess squawked the first note of whatever song she was bellowing and looked at her sharply. Of course, the Gods wouldn’t have mercy on him. Of course, he’d be stuck with the princess that had the singing voice of a slow dying cat. “I sleep just fine without a lullaby, thank you.” The knight said drily as he made a show of rubbing his assaulted ears. “And if you don’t lower your damn voice, I’m going to gag you. Keep acting like there’s not an entire nation after you, and I’m going to hand you right over to them.” He threatened though he would never do such a thing before he rubbed where her boney fingers had poked him. “Don’t wander too far,” Ethan warned against as he began making a small campfire to keep them warm through the night. While she was gone, the knight managed to set up a few snares nearby in hopes of catching something with more subsistence for their breakfast in the morn. Once he had finished and returned to the camp and frowned slightly when the raven-haired girl was not in sight. “Princess?”
