Tonight my man and I were doing insanity. He usually doesn't join me, but must be feeling the pressure of only having a week left until beach mode. :) Anyway, I've been doing insanity since early April and never have had a problem with our Korean neighbors... All around us... Until today. You see, we live on the tenth floor of an apartment complex, and I've always wondered if they minded me jumping around so much. Well apparently TWO people jumping around at 10:30 at night was a little much, and we got a timid knock on our door. There stood a little Korean lady, who said rather abruptly, "be quiet." and that's all. She stood there for a second then turned and walked back down the stairs. Thankfully I only had 10 minutes left of the workout, so instead of doing the 'jumping' parts, I substituted those with planks or squats. Do what you've gotta do. Sorry lady.
