1: their voice
She has a gentle light voice, kinda soft-spoken if she's around a lot of unfamiliar people, and there's a slight accent that's hard to place
2: their smile
She has a broad range of smiles, from fake-as-hell to eye-squinting in its broadness, she can show a lot of teeth when she's genuinely pleased, but mostly it's a small understated quirk of the lips.
3: their greatest achievement
For her it's simply managing to survive, but in terms of worldly accomplishments, she just managed to stop a genocidal maniac from overthrowing a city government with the help of her friends.
When she locks up or panics she feels immense guilt for dragging things down, she also has a tremendous case of survivors guilt.
5: their shortcomings
Quick-tempered and prone to emotional overkill, she drains herself in large outbursts, she's prone to the youthful 'im invincible' attitude, she's veeeery naive about certain things
6: how they deal with grief
She breaks, but not into a million pieces, she breaks cleanly in large pieces that can quickly be swept up and put back together with some love.
7: how they like to dress
as cute as possible while still being suitible for long-distance travel, she also just doesn't like to be so covered up if it's not cold.
8: what they like to eat
she used to be much pickier, but a year and a half of homelessness and hard times beat that out of her to the point where she'll eat almost anything. She's still a bit grossed out about eating any vicera (guts, heart, liver etc) in a dish tho
9: their theme
As in what I based her on? I wanted a cute young girl who was forged by fire and came out stronger for it. She's still getting there, but I have high hopes for her.
10: their fashion sense
Cute, frilly, impractical, flowy. When it's feasible to be so.
11: their family life
Her current family consists of her year-long traveling companion Dro'gul and his wolf Grim. It's a very pleasant arrangement, they work well together and she loves him dearly
12: their romantic life
She's a hopeless romantic, but helplessly naive about romance. Also currently on the run for her life, which doesn't leave much time for...those sorts of relationships. She thinks.
13: their embarrassing memory from years ago
I'm sure there have been plenty of minor fuck-ups in the past, but most of her embarrassment comes from her panic attacks. She's currently going thru a bad one and this will take the place of 'most embarrassing memory' for a while.
14: how they react to burning their tongue on food
sticks her tongue out and pouts, fanning it and whining a bit. Afterwards she'll incessantly stick it in and out of her mouth to feel how numb it is at it moves around.
15: how they react to a brainfreeze
eyes scrunched shut, hand on her forehead as she tries to jam her tongue against the roof of her mouth to ease the pain.
16: their dreams (dreams vs ambitions can be kinda vague, for this purpose i’m gonna categorize a dream as something you wish for idly and an ambition as something you actively pursue)
She dreams of peace and quiet, of having a small home with someone she loves where she can live without fear, where she doesn't have to look over her shoulder constantly.
17: their ambitions
To become stronger in her arcane powers, she knows there's something within her, some innate arcane bent, that's so powerful it could change reality. And her current reality is so dire she'd do anything to rewrite it, even if it means imposing her own willpower against the willpower of the literal universe.
18: how they sleep
the infrequent times she spends her nights alone, she curls up in a ball, her head on the smallest corner of pillow as she hugs the rest of it to her chest. More frequently she sleeps with Dro'gul, curled up against his side with her head pillowed on his chest, or entirely sprawled over him.
19: their reaction to betrayal
It depends on who is doing the betraying. She doesn't trust lightly, not really, though she can act outwardly as if she does to gain a groups favor or good graces. So if it's anyone but a select few she almost expects it, as cynical as that makes her. As for anyone she Does trust, her immediate response is hurt/anger, a form of denial stemming from disbelief, a moment of rationalization to see if it could've been something she could have prevented thru her own actions, then coldness and hostility. But she only currently trusts one person to that extent, and he would never betray her.
20: their reaction to a mystery love letter
wide-eyed and stunned on the first read-thru, a lot of blushing with a hand on her face, some squealing and giggling while she hugs the letter to her chest, a lot of laying in bed clutching it and sighing and smooshing her face into her pillow, abject confusion on who could've possibly sent it.
21: how they react to pain
small things can be shrugged off, a nick or cut or punch. A gash or broken bone or contusion would stop her in her tracks briefly while she wrestles with fear brought on by pain, she may ask for help if it's readily available, anything near-mortal but shy of unconscious would have her panicking and seeking comfort and help quickly and loudly, she can't die yet. If she still has the ability to fight she’ll savagely attack to save herself, from using weapons to her strongest magic, down to kicking scratching and biting if she has to.
22: what they’re like on two hours of sleep
very very very grumpy, quick to snap at people if not in a situation where appearances must be upheld, will sloppily rush thru tasks she'd normally treat with care if it means getting to sleep sooner.
23: how they act when they’re sick
She doesn't get sick often, if at all, and if she does it would be something so bad it would knock her flat, so if she's not delirious from fever or unconscious she'd be whining and generally being a lil brat about it, and if on the road to recovery she'd be a terrible patient, complaining about being bored, trying to sneak out of bed, etc.
24: what motivates them
Revenge and power, which go hand in hand for her. She needs to be stronger to get revenge and she thinks revenge will make her stronger.
25: why you enjoy them
She started out so sweet and cute and terribly scarred but with healing on the horizon, and she's recently showing darker facets as she recovers, bad coping mechanisms, that I find fascinating. The ability to guiltlessly manipulate others with her charms, her willingness to go against authority, to bend a situation so that she appears blameless, her conviction to do anything she needs to do to protect herself, while also her extreme guilt about surviving her past, or killing her enemies. I just adore playing her and hope I can do her complexity justice, i feel her mental stats are far above my own.
