AMAZON RAINFOREST LIGHT GAP. . . The Forest Dynamics, a closer exploration into a light gap in the Yasuní Biosphere Reserve: Homeland of the Waorani People. . . During windy and heavy duty storms, some trees may end up in the ground without planning. . . This new opening in the Jungle, is an avenue to all kind of journeys for hundreds of species living in the forest. . . Birds like Jacamars, Puffbirds, Flycatchers take position nearby and wait for food to fly by. . . Butterflies soon will come to check new leaves from the pioneers plants such as Cecropia, Passion Vines, and other hostplants can be found in here. . . Many species of the Amazon Rainforest are relying on this natural event. . . The Yasuní is facing new oil development, more oil pits will be open and new roads inside will cross-cut the most biodiverse place on Earth. . . The President of the Chamber of Deputies Rodrigo Maia compromised to not move forward the bill 191 which provides for the opening of Indigenous lands for mining, hydroelectric, agribusiness and exploration of oil and natural gas. Last week Maia had started on the project that was sent by the Presidency and created a special commission so the bill would transact in the house, however he assured today in front of Indigenous Leaderships and Deputies of the Mixed Parliamentary Front for the defence of Indigenous People's rights that bill will not be proceed. In the occasion it was also given to the President of the Chamber the Piaraçu manifest written by Leaderships during the Meeting of Mebengokrê People which was idealized by the Kayapó Leader Raoni Metukire.
