Hello!! Omg, I actually just randomly decided to check on this blog because I haven't been here for so long, and I noticed I had this message, together with a couple more. This actually just warmed my heart so much... the fact that even after all this time of being pretty much inactive, people still remember me...

I've been doing well, anony. I'm actually currently living in Portugal (but thinking of returning soon to the UK, where I was previously living before Covid). I've managed to finish my Master's Degree, and am now currently pursuing my field. A lot of good things happened in my personal life, and now I'm just focusing on finishing my driver's licence while I'm still in Portugal and continuing to do some projects in my area.

Aaah I missed this! Hope everyone is keeping safe and healthy. And again.. thank you so much for checking up on me, even after so long has passed, it really means the world!

Really good!! Had a day off from everything for the first time in a few weeks! I just finished university yesterday, so I’m also feeling super relieved but at the same time bittersweet because I won’t see some people again ｡ﾟヽ(ﾟ´Д｀)ﾉﾟ｡

(4/4) therapist after therapist just to see them all confused in the end. So Im kinda asking this from any of your followers who've been through therapy, is this normal? Did the psychologist give up on me? And Im afraid things will not work out with the psychiatrist and I will waste both money and time but at the same time I need her and Im too tired to go through this again with a new therapist. Am I feeling anxious for nothing perhaps? Thank you nommi and Im very sorry for the big rant!!

Ooh, I see! That’s indeed putting you in a confusing situation. It seems like the first psychologist didn’t feel like she would be able to help you, so she sent you to the psychiatrist, hoping it would suit your needs better. But now you’re doubting the psychiatrist as well, as her methods don’t seem to be helping you so far. 

I would say to perhaps give it some time, as you just started going to the sessions recently, however, if you feel like it is not helping you in the long run, you shouldn’t need to continue on seeing her, because as you said it is expensive, plus you do need to get proper treatment. I definitely don’t think she gave up on you, perhaps she’s still trying to analyse the best way to proceed.

In terms of her approach towards your situation, I’m not sure if it is normal or not, as I haven’t had that experience in the past, but I do want to also appeal to any of my followers who are reading this and might be able to give their insight!

I’m sorry if I wasn’t able to help you a lot, but I do truly hope that you’re able to get the guidance you need and recover very soon <3

Hi! Im the psychiatrist anon. I want to thank both you and @daisyyly for giving me advice and being so nice. For now I will just wait and see how it goes. Reading your answers made me feel better, thanks a lot! And nommi, I just want you to know that what you do with people, listening to them, is really sweet and an amazing thing to do. Your blog makes people feel peaceful and not alone.

Ive recently noticed i have a lot of watches and clocks. I never made the choice to collect them but i guess i do now! Pray for me that i dont become one of those people with a whole wall of clocks that all chime out at midnight

Hey so I'm 20 and in a relationship with someone who is 31. I'm in no way against relationships with age gaps. However a high schooler and a 27 year old are at very different stages in life and this can create an unhealthy power dynamic. I would urge age gap anon to be cautious. Maybe it's better to wait till you're out of school and more independent before pursuing a relationship with someone that much older.
