☀️ Happy Summer Solstice to those that celebrate! ☀️

To me (as your friendly neighborhood witch), this holiday is so celebrate the strength of the sun. I set my altar to honor the Goddess Ishtar, who is one of the earliest deities representing love and war. She is culturally close to the means of Aphrodite, yet her power dealing with the divine feminine and the ability to hurt as hard as she can love is what draws me to her. 

My intention to celebrate this solstice is to ignite love, romance, and power in all forms. I wish to develop an edge on my psychic abilities, while also being open to anything the universe has in store for me.  

The Star, The Devil, and The Empress represent the energies I want to harness from the tarot. I want to fire up intuition from the universe, the dark sexuality of the devil, and discover femininity in a new way. All of this is in good nature!
