usopp can do make up but he never show up with eyeliner or eyeshadow to other people. they are insecure but he kinda like how he look like with it.
when strawhats are planning to go to music show he thinks: fuck it
they dress up and usopp is stressed but they do makeup and show it to his nakama
they feel a lot of relief and happiness when his nakama reacts kindly to them
