no one taako just acts like hes going to leave kravitz for their cats everytime hes mad at him.

its a whole thing and kravitz finds it so annoying especially because theres no way taako doesnt feel silly having a picnic with their cat while pretending kravitz doesnt exist but he did go and get the honey so who’s the real winner hmmm

her name is birdie! okay storytime actually because she’s just. So Good.

she was a stray that my mom found in the woods and had gone to feed her every single day for Months, and if she couldn't go then i would, and a few other people who work on the property she was living near would cycle in and out, too. somebody even built her a little house it was really sweet? just, this collaborative effort to keep her (and another cat that was a lot less social) safe and fed. but my mom was always her favorite person and she came out of her shell a little more every time i went to see her, too, she would circle me once and then come over to just. rub on me and literally jump up on her back legs to shove her head into my hands. she is the MOST affectionate baby ever, we just? knew she was meant to be a housecat she was meant to live with people who could love her.

so when she started getting more comfortable hopping into my mom's car we figured it was Time to try and catch her to bring her to the vet for a checkup before taking her home. she’s currently quarantined in the bathroom until she’s safe to socialize with my other cat, and she spent a few days hiding under the sink but now she’s VERY comfortable and like. will just casually put her little feet on me so peacefully and let me pet her belly and she’s NEVER scratched or bit or hissed or anything like, she’s more cuddly than barbara, i Never expected this from a forest cat! she literally grabs my hand in her little paws to make me pet her i come this close to having a heart attack every single time.

and we just called her “mama” (with a specific vocal cadence) before because she’d apparently had kittens once but we thought she deserved an actual name now, and! “birdie” seemed right because her meow is the tiniest squeaky little peep! and she also loved chasing birds & my mom’s an avid bird watcher which is? why she was even in the area and happened to find her, i think.

I wish there was a tool to make a "previously on" for however many episodes you want. I got back into suits today and couldn't remember anything, wish I could have had a "previously on" for like two seasons

ohh you are very sweet but it is in fact not my au, it’s @c-kiddo’s!! but it’s almost 2 and i can talk out of my ass for a little because i have thought about it briefly so!! fair warning this is with very little prior concept

mostly i just imagine them all as victors from various seasons who each have a really particular reputation. maybe the season would be about a quell, or maybe it would just be them as mentors.

-yasha and cad both have hair that went completely white and has since grown back out at the roots, but capitol dressers always die it back, yasha to symbolize this really messed up theme of purity and redemption, “rescued” from district 12 and having earned what’s supposed to be freedom, and cad because he gets called a ghost, just totally vanished during his year and was somehow the last one standing.

-caleb was moved to district 3 for an eventual scholarship but ended up getting picked, and set a fire that took out most of the contestants, including his partner.

-jester’s from district 4 and just point-blank refuses to talk about her year. her mother is pretty high up in the capitol and it’s suspected jester’s year was rigged when she pissed off one of marion’s clients.

-molly‘s been in the capitol for years and stays with yasha but was a tribute for district 8, although seemingly he had no family there and just kind of. appeared the day his name was drawn.

-veth is from district 9 and was absolutely not slated to win whatsoever after she volunteered to replace yeza, but. a switch flipped in the arena and she was pretty ruthless.

-fjord’s also from 4, and his mentor went missing right before the games started and he seemingly caught the attention of a patron who pretty consistently sent him gifts.

-beau’s from district 1, and is supposedly from a group that trains careers that she was sent to when she was kicked out but is actually a front for a underground rebel group, and finds this out after she wins from dairon.

they are. a tired mess of a group and are friends because there are just. so few people who get it, and they start getting involved with underground stuff via beau but it takes a long time both for things to pick up and for them to actually. believe it can go anywhere.

one of my fave DM moments was when I'd had the players go down into a sewer to rescue a little kid and I put a bed and lantern down there for flavour. One of the PCs wanted to go see who was living in the sewer but the others vetoed it, and later one of the other players told me he figured the bed was just for flavour and didn't want to put me on the spot XD

give that player a magic sword asap
