Also okay the first time one of the little boys just come up to holding the pink princess/ballerina costume we had and asked me to help him out it on so I was like yeah of course! Here you go! And he just got that dress on and went and over to the drawing table to draw. But like after his happened I was terrified bc I didn’t know how the teachers would be abt this bc the nursery I was at was a Catholic nursery luckily the were both super cool with it and said he looked very cute

The second time was when there was a girl on her work experience at the nursery one of the other little boys (one of the very small ones who’d only just turned 3) went up to her and asked her help putting on the ladybug dress we had and she straight up said no then ignored him and went somewhere else do naturally I went and helped him put the dress on he said he wanted to be a red princess. Did get pretty upset when I told him he had to take it off before going outside bc they weren’t allowed to wear the costumes outside
