Been questioning if I'm alterhuman for over a year now WHY IS IT SO HARD TO TELL?? Plus that a lot of other 'not as' alterhuman identities experience the same thing like phantom shifts LIKE give me a sign I'm even more confused now

All I know is I do experience phantom shifts usually when thinking of alterhuman stuff which makes me feel like I'm faking... But the phantom shifts are so idk confusing? Like I don't have any power of selection over what I feel ALSO I keep wondering if I have memories or if it's my imagination

I know if I was to accept it I'd be a polykin I just don't want to trick myself into something because I have an interest in the topic of alterhumans idk if that makes sense

I'm so confused aaaa I want to figure it out but I can't find a proper way to do that and really confirm it with myself :')

on one hand, like i’m definitely a human from earth; i’ve seen the home video of my birth n all that...

but on the other hand, what if it’s fake and i’m actually an alien.. or like my body is human but i’m an alien parasite?

maybe that’s why everything seems so wrong all the time, why i don’t understand most humans that i meet, and they see me as something other.

even my mother has described me as seeming like i’m from another planet, and she’s not the only one.

i don’t know, having a body is just so weird.. especially when it just feels wrong all the time...

I find it weird how I somehow know the feeling of doing/being/having things that I could never personally experience in this life I don't know if that's normal LIKE I can't even imagine the feeling of some things but then other things I feel like I know exactly how it feels
