A seven foot tall being whose skin had a consistency like paper, first described in in the 1978 Jan/Feb issue of BUFORA. One particular moment was when it ate some berries after entering the hut and removing its hat to reveal round ears and scant brown hair: it placed the berry into its ear, thrust his head forward transferring the berry to one eye, then once more so that it moved to mouth.

It seems that for most of its interaction with the children, there were two nearby repairmen working on a post that seemed not to see the entire event.
