So, baby poly here. I've been dating my boyfriend for three years. I love him and he's become my rock. Recently I realized I also had feelings for my friend, and told them. And now I have to figure out how to tell my boyfriend that I am Poly and that I have a crush on someone any advice on how to go about talking to them aboutthis? I don't want to lose either of them.

Honesty is the best policy. Just being open and honest and still letting that other person know it’s not for lack of them at all, but you wanting to expand the relationship.

Hey! I've been questioning my sexuality for quite some time now and I don't seem to fit in any label? Like, not exactly. I haven't been in any relationships yet, so it's even harder for me. I've heard about poly people and never really thought about it but now I'm starting to think that I am, in fact, poly. The idea of having more than one person who loves you is great, I've always wanted sth like a group of best friends etc. Of course I'm still not sure, so could you tell me how do I know that?

How do you know you’re polyam? That is hard. It’s like knowing if I’m pansexual. I just…know. Deep down there is something there that just tells me. I took it for a spin, know it was right for me. And have been polyam since I was 16!

Was wondering what ppls viewpoint on what a playdate is. I'm currently in a triad, but my partner had a playdate recently that turned into a sleepover. I'm not sure how I feel about that. It seems way to personal to be just a playdate. TIA
